Hand towels in bathroom could be bigger. There were only two small towels, for entire week. There should be some more and bigger towels for people who stay longer. Also in the kitchen some towels and dish clothes were needed. No elevator, but the issue was only in the arrival with the luggage, otherwise the stairs were comfy.

I liked the apartment! It was well organized, cozy and exactly like the photos. Self check-in directions were very simple upon arrival. The apartment is on the first floor, but stairs were clean and comfy. Even if it was in a quite busy street, it was not very noisy. Also there was no noise from the neighbors within the building. Excellent location, 15 min walk from the main square, and only 2 min walk to the tram station. The host was very helpful, responsive and kind.

Host offered great selections for food in the area. Check-in was an absolute breeze. The flat is centrally located in-between the bus station and old town by about a 15-20min walk.

Bad smells in the restroom from the drain. A knife in the kitchen and a dish clothe would be a nice improvement.

If you want to be in The Old Town, know this apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from The Old Town. I found it a little tight getting out of the loft, however, I would still return to this property if I return to Zagreb.

Zvonimir was helpful, attentive and responsive. It was clean, comfortable and had good natural light. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to The Old Town. I can be critical of showers in hotels and rental apartments. I had no criticism here - the shower pressure was awesome, i.e. lots of pressure and all the jets in the shower head were open.

Location in the walking distance from the city centre, walking distance from the bust station, which was perfect for my stay. The building itself was an interesting piece of architecture located in a charming street with nearby restaurants and bookstores. The host shared a list of restaurants which was very helpful too. The apartment was very clean and convientient to stay. Looks exactly as in the pictures.

Woooow!!! Very beautiful apartment and exactly like the photos - if not better. Self checkin directions were very simple upon arrival. The apartment is on the first floor (not too many stairs). Very spacious and cosy, high ceilings. Is modern yet still has kept a sense of traditional aesthetic. Wifi is quick, all the amenities you would need, comfy bed, nice touch with the bed up loft. Only 15 minutes walk from the main bus station or a quick tram ride. 5-10 minute walk from the main square - there are plenty of pubs and cafes nearby as well. Zvonimir was very helpful and has plenty of recommendations for places to eat/visit to enjoy your stay even more.

Everything was great, apart from the fact that the apartment is located in a very noisy street, so you can hardly keep an opened window. But there is not much to do about that :)

Wonderful studio, exceptionally clean, very cosy, and close to both the bus station and the city centre. The check in was very smooth and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay again in the apartment :)

Excellent position (I was joining meetings at the Sheraton's). A very bright, comfortable studio recently renovated. Double windows to cut noise out. Big bathroom with a nice, strong shower. Quick reaction from the friendly host.

The shower head attachment was broken. The shower head leaks a lot. I tried to turn on YouTube on the TV, but it did not load the video, only the sound was intermittent. poor sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors (if this is critical for someone, then I was lucky with the neighbors - both I and they were quiet). there were no simple household items for convenience - rags, additional garbage bags. dishes in a strange set. one glass for wine, three mugs, a teaspoon for some reason is also one. since I was alone, this is not critical, but if you are traveling together, then this can be inconvenient.

sent instructions for settling in advance. the apartment is clean and bright. comfortable mattress and pillows. ideal location between the bus station and the main square. very quick owner chat response. there was a question about the blinds, they helped me so that they did not fall. there was an important call from the worker during the eviction, they allowed me to stay for 30 minutes. I worked most of the time, the Internet worked fine without interruption

We liked everything.

The location was perfect, it was distance walking from the bus station (shuttle bus from airport), but also the train station. It was also 15min away from the city center. The studio is very nice inside, modern and it has everything one needs for a good stay. Communication for self check in and out was good. Very recomended.
