What an amazing apartment. The quality of finish is spectacular. You would not expect that type of finish behind the door. Everything was so well laid out. Amazing location. Just something to be aware of - the apartment is in old city center - in the pedestrian zone, so you have to be prepared for a bit of walk. Fortunately, a cheap parking is available not far from city gates.

The apratment was exceptionally clean and maintained. The location is in strict city-center, just at off the main street from the city gates. All as described.

Location is very central. Right at the center of old town and in the middle of all historical landmarks. Even though at the a busy location, once you get into the apartment it feels like an oasis. Everything is sparkling beautiful! Host is very friendly and helpful too.

Although I am from Zadar, we booked this property specifically because we were getting married in the cathedral in the old town. It looked stunning and picturesque on the photos so we also decided to have a photo session there before proceeding with the ceremony and the party. It met all our expectations!

Suggestion: Blinding curtains. Don't let people check out so early. More flexibility does wonders. There's no need for 3.5 hours to clean an appartement between guests. It's a common mistake that generates a lot of frustration with guests. Some of us are there to rest. Not to rush out.

Nothing - it was excellent! It is on the top floor accessed via steps but that wasn’t a problem for us.

This apartment is unreal! It was spotlessly clean throughout, will clean fresh towels & bed linen of such good quality. The bed & pillows were so comfy and the apartment was so well equipped. It is in an excellent location, quiet but very close to lovely restaurants & bars etc. Ivan was the most attentive host, providing excellent instructions on how to find and get into the property. He answered quickly when I was very confused with the coffee situation & explained how to use the coffee saucepan/pot to boil the coffee (after much hilarity between myself & my friend). My only regret is that we only stayed one night! I would definitely stay here again :)

This apartment is beyond excellent. The fixtures are fittings are tasteful, extravagantly presented. By far the best apartment we have ever stayed in. 3 TV s, very modern kitchen and comfortable bed.

The vibe to go into the entrance and go upstairs until 3rd floor. The staircase is a bit old and the smell was stinky.

Everything was great so I don’t have any downsides to mention.

The property looks as shown in the pictures. The location was ideal. The host was very friendly and helped with any needed details, plus extended our check-put hour. Would definitely go back if we’ve had the chance.

First of all, the owner is excessively slow to answer messages and doesn’t seem to be that interested in “hosting” the travelers. Also, NOTE OF CAUTION: do not use any of the decorated cups & dishes (silver o gold) with the microwave because you could burn yourself. It might sound obvious but the owner does not include any warning or caution labels so one might think it is safe to hear milk using one of the silvery cups. Wrong! my wife suffered serious burns and when I recommended the owner to include a warning message, I got no answer or sympathy. shame. Oh, Zadar is not really worth your time vs. other coastal small towns, Dubrovnik or any national parks. A lot pf noise and little substance, in my opinion.

Nicely decorated and perfectly located. The apartment is comfortable enough for two/three people but might be a bit crowded for 4 adults with just one bathroom.
