The bed, while looking nice, was not as comfortable. It was squeaking quite a lot, so if you are not sleeping alone, you could easily wake up the other person. The walls do not have noise isolation at all. If your neighbors are being intimate (like ours were), everything could be heard, including their bed squeaking, like they are in your room. That is a huge minus. Also, the bathroom's isolation, was either not good or broken, the bathroom smelled weird all the time. Was very clean, but smelled weird.

The location was perfect, with access to nearby restaurants and bars. You can easily find a parking nearby, in a garage or a street parking. The room was not very big, big was enough. It has a big TV (around 55"). It was very clean as well.

Misleading photos and description title that says "the whole apartment" which is true for only one apartment in the attic, as I can see. I thought I was booking the small studio flat, but actually in this location there are unknown number of rooms. We got a room with one king size bed and one big TV and (nice and big) bathroom. There is no seperate living room space, no kitchen at all, just coffee machine and catle with literally one small cup. No plates, no nothing. I notified the staff that told me they would buy more cups for the next guests and I was pleased with that response. But now I see the old reviews with the same complaint, obviously nothing is changed so I'm writing my review here.

Location, friendly and helpful communication, the view (from our room), but there are other rooms with different orientation so the guests should ask for a room with a view.

It is very very very high up (4 floors) in the building. We were traveling with large luggage pieces and found it very difficult to go up and down. It was difficult for my parents of elderly age as well.

I asked about storing my bags as I had an early arrival. When I arrived there were some home made lockers in the foyer I messaged asking about using them I was sent an app for a luggage storage company. So I went online and booked storage and walked 15 minutes in the rain to find an abandoned building. I then walked back in the rain and sat in the foyer for 4 hours waiting for the key. Three thirty I noticed people arriving and collecting their key so I messaged them asking if the room was ready. Yes, but we haven't received your documents they knew I was waiting. You would think that they would follow up on documentation. Or even better as most motels do send you a form as soon as the booking is made and confirmed then acknowledgement of receiving from the motel. I had sent the requested documents when the email came through first thing in the morning Suggestion: Put four professional pay as you go lockers in it is an international destination and you will have early arrivals. And finally no information about wi-fi?

* Picture of the room is trap. This is a house with different type of rooms (probably 10 or something like this) and the first and most beautiful picture is only for 1 room I guess. Other 10 rooms are different and you need to know this in advance and watch respective picture to know your room exactly. * The space in the room was very small - practically out of bed there is no space at all. * Codes for entrance were not delivered until very late - practically 1-2 hours before check in. It makes you start your vacation without all details of your accommodation to be delivered which makes you feel a bit uncertain. * Very late check in - after 16.00 h. * I believe the announced initial prices (before discounts) are not real but much higher than the market prices. Therefore the place "offers" big discount (up to 50%) and thus equalize the market price with other accommodation nearby. I suggest this tactic aims to make you think you made great deal while in the end you receive exactly what is market price and not "great discount" as it is offered. * As an conclusion - you were advertised nice place for big money which after the discount looks as a nice deal for you. But you finish in another room, with no space and for deserved price. :)

They originally assigned a room that had not been cleaned, and when I tried to reach them, the contact phone provided was not working (one of the big problems with privately hosted accomodations). They finally texted that they wanted photo proof (??) that the (unpleasantly smelly) room was not ready, which was totally incomprehensible and exasperating. Also, room would be superb if they upgraded old, greyish towels and fixed up some small holes on the wall.

The quiet, pleasantly decorated second floor room they finally assigned was impeccably located between old and new town, and had absolutely gorgeous views of Old Town vineyards on hillside.

The towels in the bathroom had a musty smell. Small flies were gathering on the curtain and all over the bed linen in the apartment.

Complicated arrival, kitchen not well designed and equipped, pots and pans old and sratched and falling apart. Rooms really hot when one closes the doors. which you do when you travel with friends not family. We opened the rooftop windows but then it was very loud and too light to sleep

I wonder if you have to clean the bathroom sink drain in room 202. It was running slow. I also got mixed up with the code..you had sent me something with an order number and beside it was a 'Code'. I thought that was for opening the lock boxes. That was completely wrong of course... Maybe you should call this number something else...in fact, i dont know why it was given at all...but all in all it was really great!

The shower was very poor drainage - also poor design, the water easily gets all over the floor and if you’re not careful it will seep into the room! Also the transit from the bus station to the apartment was a lot further than they led on, I think the ad said a ten minute walk but it’s a 30 minute walk.
