Air conditioning in the room was underpowered. Room was consistently hotter than the corridors.

Our room was directly above the dining room and everything morning there was noise starting at 6 oclock, when the waiters prepared tables. Later, when guests arrived, there was no noise. Also in the evening. Chairs pulling. The noise was only when they were preparing, later it was ok.

I liked the food (breakfast and dinner) I liked the spa and the pools. I usually don’t use the pools, but here everything was so clean, I liked it and used them every day. I liked the big property, becoming I had two dogs, who liked the land and the beach. It’s a great hotel to bring dogs. I didn’t use leash one time. ( They are well behaved) They were also with me at the pool and no one gave us a strange eye. Only smiles. The staff is really great. There are beds everywhere at the beach or at the pool. And enough towels everywhere. I really liked that, so you don’t have to reuse wet towels ever.

Sometimes, the bar was crowded with long waiting time. But the guys was so helpfull and kind, so it was only a small problem.

The robs, towels and sunbeds could be cleaner. There were some stains on our table, curtain and also in some sunbeds. Also I didn't like that it says dinner included but there isn't even one single soft drink included and still water is 6.5 euro. They could at least give one drink and rest to be charged. This was very misleading! The gaming room (PS - PC), bowling, billiard (for kids?) and all the fun stuff are promoted as free but when you go there, it is only free for kids. If you are an adult and still have young soul you need to pay quite a lot to use them. This promotion was also misleading.

The staff were brilliant. The hospitality was top level and felt like home! The location of the facilities were great! The food was amazing as well but the desserts could be improved :) We enjoyed our time very much! Also I wrote a note that it was our second anniversary but first honeymoon and in our room there was a little surprise! Thanks for that as well!

There were spots in the room that haven’t been cleaned throughout the whole week and a spiderweb grew bigger and bigger. The blackout shades had wholes so it wasn’t very dark in the room after sunrise. Even though we announced food intolerances, there were no real dessert options. There were desserts labeled as gluten free, but upon double checking, it turned out they contained gluten. The outside pools are in the bright sun, it would be nice if there were shady spots to swim. Front desk staff seemed to be annoyed sometimes.

This resort has for sure a 5* manager, he is always on site to chat with guests and make them feel welcome and cared for. The restaurant staff is super helpful and especially nice with kids. The exterior is very groomed and everything is lovely green with wonderful plants. The food is excellent and there’s a huge variety of dishes for all tastes. Desserts are exceptional. Amazing spa treatments and facilities. The pool bistro guys.

Rooms spacious if a tiny bit tired in terms of fittings. Service very slow at lunchtime. Restaurants nice enough but little overpriced for what they are. Toilets in steak restaurants need a refit.

Lovely campus, great sports facilities. Breakfast great, nice walks along the beachside, pools nice. Lots of sunbeds even in high season. Loved the gardens. Staff seemed nice, unobtrusive.

The major drawback is the access and location. You really need a car to enjoy the area. Taxis to Zadar are 50 euro, and traffic is terrible. With all this talk about sustainable tourism, it is disappointing that so much of the development I see in Zadar is contingent on tourists bringing or hiring cars. The a la carte restaurants are excellent. But the quality and pricing of food in the standard restaurant honestly left a lot to be desired. One would assume this should be cheaper option but at 55 euro pp (350 euro for 5 people including drinks), it is outrageously priced, and both the fish and steak main course options were frankly poor. It was a discussion to get fries as these were only supposed to be part of kids menu. I went to get dessert at 10.15 and it was all put away! I circle back to the drawback of this resort if you don't have your own car to get into Zadar. It made for a bad start, but once that place was avoided for dinner, the rest of the experience was fabulous

Overall this is very high spec, 5 star experience with fabulous sporting facilities beautiful pools and seafront. Food quality in a la carte restaurants was excellent. The girl from Slovakia working in the gym (I never got her name) was so helpful and nice
