The only thing I would have liked was the AC being on for our arrival, since it was hot out and we had to carry our luggage up the hill and stairs. Other than that, everything was great and the apartment cooled down well with the AC for us to be comfortable after we started it.

Key Code makes it so easy to get in and out of the apartment. We didn't have to worry about carrying a key around with us. The apartment was clean, had a ton to offer, the view and location were great, the parking was very close and the host was extremely helpful and kind. We loved the second toilet, the comfortable beds, towels were great, the laundry was great, water pressure was great, the bathroom fan was very good to help with moisture, the patio was lovely, they had a lot of lovely welcome treats as well. The host also went above and beyond for us with a package we needed shipped to the apartment and we are so grateful. We would highly recommend this apartment. I hope to stay again in the future.

We struggled to find the front entrance to the building and the correct apartment from the instructions we had received prior to our arrival. However, I was able to text the owner who replied immediately with the information we needed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.

A really lovely apartment, spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped and furnished. The balcony looks out onto the port and is a great place to relax and watch the boats coming and going. The apartment is very close to Makarska's main tourist areas, restaurants and to the bus station.

Nothing not to like. Only downside was it was up a fairly steep hill and three flights of stairs so you might need to think carefully if you struggle walking but it's didn't detract from our holiday.

Loved everything about it. Very clean, modern and tastefully decorated with good quality fixtures and fitting. Very well appointed with lots of little extras (dishwasher tablets, bin bags, plentiful supply of toilet rolls etc.) which you often have to go out and buy when you stay in an apartment. Beds were comfortable. Felt like you'd be invited to stay in someone's home rather than a holiday let. Excellent shower and toilet facilities. Free car parking nearby was a real bonus. View of the harbour from the balcony was excellent and it was very close to bars, restaurants and the beach.

A beautifully appointed and perfectly maintained modern two bedroom apartment a few steps away from the port (the walk to the apartment building after stepping off the Brač ferry takes a total of 3 minutes). The apartment is close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and cultural offerings. The friendly and helpful host provided us with excellent suggestions for places to eat and obviously takes great pride in the apartment and in the town of Makarska. This is one of the rare places we’ve stayed at that has a microwave, which comes in useful when traveling for a longer time with family and not always wanting to eat out. It has a lovely, sunny balcony overlooking the port, perfect for sitting out on and watching the boats come and go. The apartment is also a few steps away from a small observatory and space-themed children’s playground which, at the time we stayed there, was doing a series of lectures on space (in English), while also helping people look out for season-specific meteorite showers (so called “tears of St Lawrence”).

Beautifully renovated, new-looking apartment with a rare see-view and all-day sun both on the balcony and in the living room. So comfortable you are almost unwilling to leave it and explore the beautiful city that lies under your feet, as the apartment is located in the middle of the city centre. Everything you touch in the apartment makes your stay special. The owner is very helpful and pleasant. There is even a filled coffee machine with whole beans that makes your mornings special - you get your coffee and enjoy the see view, so that it does not take long till you realize the vacation has started. We loved it!

Floor could have been clearner, but OK.

We liked everything. Central location, very well equipped kitchen with new and very clean utensils and kitchenware (I am saying this on purpose because I travel a lot and sometimes kitchenware is disgusting and dirty). Bedrooms are spacious and well-lit, with air-conditioning in both bedrooms, as well as the living room. The view from the terrance is stunning and rooms are well-lit. Over 10.000 channels available for TV-lovers.

There is nothing we did not like about apartment, at our age 54 and 66 the stairs were a struggle with luggage. In our opinion we would have preferred a toaster rather than a coffee machine.

This apartment was outstanding, every little detail well thought through. The apartment was huge and had everything you could wish for. 3rd floor apartment overlooking the water, yards from the front. Ideal for bars/restaurants which were spoilt for choice. location to beaches as well, just a little walk away. Anyone wanting the ferry to Brac, this stopped at the bottom of the street, we enjoyed watching this come and go amongst the boats with the fresh fish, which were sold from their boats. I would certainly stay again.

Everything was great!

We were extremely pleased to stay in this wonderful place! The host was genuinely helpful, friendly and supportive at any point of our stay. We truly appreciated that we have been provided with the stroller for our child. The apartment was clean, comfy, spacious, very well equipped and with a splendid view to the sea. The location was perfect, close to the beach, playground, shops and bus station. We strongly recommend the place!

Everything. Beautiful apartment. Much better than advertised. Great central location.Very short walk to all amenities. A real home home (better than home), had a good undisturbed night sleep. A good view of the harbour. Definitely would stay again, highly recommended.😊

The apartment was on the 3rd floor plus a ground floor. There is no lift for your luggages. The space was tight for 7 people this apartment does not fit more than 5! The parking is not located at the same location you had to walk across the street so that was not the greatest although his son did help us carry our luggages.
