Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is fantastic! Exactly where you want to be in split. We stayed here for one night as a short stop over and it was the perfect location. The airport shuttle bus takes you very close to this property. The host Drazen, was sooo friendly. Very welcoming and kind! The room is very quiet.

Location was amazing. Just below the apartment there is a 24/7 bakery and the old town was 5min away by walk. The host was really nice and helped us get parking as well.

The really lovely welcome from the owner Drazen. I have stayed here a number of times and he is always there to greet you with a smile. He is so helpful with any questions you might have, with maps and guides available to guests. The location is perfect for the port and exploring the beautiful sights ....such as the Diocletian Palace. The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. I will be back next year.

AustraliaWe stayed on a Friday night in the centre of the second largest city of Croatia and just as great power comes with great responsibility… a great location comes with great street noise! All in all, it was just one larrikin yelling in the alleyway at 3am and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Location was great, so close to everything and an easy walk to the ferry port and local attractions. Plenty of powerpoints throughout the apartment. The host Drazen was very welcoming and accommodating, he allowed us to check out 1 hour later so we could check straight into our Croatian Island cruise without wandering the streets for an hour with our luggage. He had great communication and was waiting out the front for us so we didn’t get lost!
