It wasn’t a problem for us but stairs access only to appts. The restaurant outside the main door is a fish restaurant which was aromatic in the stair well. Didn’t affect the scent of the rooms though.

The property was modern in decor but retained the rustic charm. Very pleased and comfortable stay.

The beautiful apartment was located perfectly for our stay. It was just off the Main Street, very comfortable and well equipped. Michael was very helpful in the lead up to our stay and organised Taxi to pick us up from the airport. We would definitely go back.

Just for information it is on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs. Also, we were not crazy about the bedroom door. It was frosted glass, so light from the living room illuminated the bedroom if one person was up while the other was trying to sleep.

This was a VERY beautiful apartment! Very well appointed with all the things you need. One of our favorites and very comfortable.

Excellent location. Clear instructions with door entry code supplied and photos of location. Short walk from drop off point to the apartment. We occupied apartments on 1st and 2nd floor. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Contact with host was clear and helpful. Would definitely book the apartments again. Highly recommend.

Nothing that you could think of.

Very close to the center of the old city. Shops and restaurants are within short distance. One restaurant was even outside the front door. The property was very clean and we were well-provided with toiletries, coffee, sugar and tea. There was even a jar of chocolate biscuits left at the counter when we arrived. The communication was fantastic. We were very updated with the information to facilitate a smooth check-in with photos so we can easily locate the place. I highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

We were unaware that you had to inform them in advance that you will be using the sofa bed. They got us sheets for the sofa asap, but we had to wait a day to receive them.

This place was ideal - perfect location super close to the Pile Gate and main street of Stradun, but quiet. So comfortable and modern! A rare place that looks even better than the photos. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The manager of this place went above and beyond for us during out stay. The apartments location on stradun is perfect, just of the main street and there are lots of restuarants and places to go but more importantly is on Flat ground so no flights of stairs to get to it. Inside there are stairs but that is expected. Our apartment was on the top floor. It was clean and everything worked well. But Micheal the manager made our first time in Dubrovnik so special. Highly recommended

Just be aware of the stairs for apartment 2 or 3. When booking, if stairs are difficult for you or you have lots of luggage, book the first floor!! They are all charming!

This apartment was better than we could’ve ever imagined!! We were two families in a group of eight and rented all three apartments together. The location is perfect, just a very short (like 3 min!!) walk with no steps from Pile gate. The apartments were each beautiful and self-contained. There were stairs to reach each apartment (a lot by the third floor - we put the kids up there!!) but this was not a problem for our group. The perfect place to stay for several days to explore the city from the ideal location. Although the city is loud late into the night, the apartments were quiet and peaceful as soon as you entered the gate. I had no idea how convenient the location would be within the Old City. Would love to stay here, and if we ever return, I would very much hope to book this apartment again. The property managers were incredibly helpful in guiding us on arrival and providing restaurant recommendations.

only minor - but it was extremely hot when we were in Dubrovnik and so although most of the apartment was a good temperature the bed is a long way from the air conditioning unit and it was quite hot at night.
