We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

About 3 km from the Airport, the hotel provided a free shuttle service from and to the airport, which was very convenient for me late at night. No noise was heard, even though it was located near the airport.

My flight was delayed many hours and despite me landing about 4am, the pick up was prompt and on time. Professional and friendly staff. If you need to stay close to the airport it is deffinitely a place to go.

United StatesReally there was not much to dislike here. Maybe there were a few signs of age or wear and tear here and there .... but not much. The rooms and lobby were in pretty good shape. It is smallish but really that made it feel cozy and the staff are very welcoming. At first glance the area seems kind of remote and out of the way, and so that might put some people off. But as I said above, a quick walk from our dog late at night made us feel quite at home. The main Croatia post office logistic center is nearby as well as some empty fields. But in general it made for a nice quiet location with a nice "regular folks" neighborhood just around the corner.
Dream Hotel is very conveniently located near the Zagreb airport. It only takes 10 minutes and there is really no danger of traffic slow downs. They also have a great *FREE* shuttle van service. The evening we arrived we had to return our rental car at the airport and then the van came and fetched us back to the airport. Then at 4am in the morning they ran us back to catch our 6am flight to Frankfurt. Aside from logistics, the staff were very friendly and gave us helpful advice. We could not catch the early breakfast due to our flight but they had a nice coffee machine available before we hopped in the shuttle van. The room was neat and comfortable. We had a suite which was just right for us and 2 kids. The kitchen fridge was stocked with reasonably priced goodies in case you don't make it to the bar. It is located in sort of an semi-industrial semi-suburb but we felt quite safe taking our dog for a quick walk late in the evening. In fact there were a fair number of people from the local neighorhood out taking their late night strolls. The streets were fairly well lighted. There are several stores, a Lidl and others and a nice INA gas station just a few minutes away so we were able to grab anything we needed. We were able to top up gas in the rental car right on our way to the airport. Overall this is our go-to place from now on especially if we have early morning fights out of Zagreb!

Very close to the airport (less than 10min drive), free airport shuttle is a big plus and they go every 30minutes when you request, staff was helpful and friendly, and restaurant had a big menu and good prices and decent quality food

Very clean hotel. Had a dinner there and it was very good food. Its unusual to find a smaller hotel with good service, a restaurant and shuttle service (took 8 minutes to get to the airport) . It is not a luxury hotel but the room refrigerator was well stocked, the place well maintained, good shower etc. Morning breakfast was Ok not a huge selection but quite adequate. Perfect place to spend the night before leaving early in the morning for a flight from Zagreb
