The hotel was as expected for a Hilton, the rooms were a good size with a comfy bed, very clean. The spa was great, with amazing views over Zagreb as on the 10th floor. (See picture) Breakfast had a great variety. The staff were all very friendly.

I expected a bit more varied breakfast from hotel with 5 stars and I think thats not fair that guests need to pay parking. Hotel should provide parking for guests free of charge no matter its public parking. To me its not value worth!

Bathroom is very spatious and very well equiped (shower cabin and bathtub) with nice cosmetic accessory, SPA is oh the 10th flloor and has a wonderful view, calm and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel!

After the second day I got to do second time check in for the second booking. The card was not working and took long till to find a solution. Then the elevators were not working with the card. Ping pong with the card. When u have issue with the room cards just disable the card request for the elevators.

This is a WONDERFUL hotel, lovely staff, incredible pool and sauna and great location. Slightly on the outskirts of town but an easy and cheap Uber ride into town. If you’re into training the gym is also lovely and there is a great gym around the corner called FITNESS. We left an item and the communication was incredible to get it back to us! Thank you, would highly recommend.

The stuff very slowly and confused. Breakfast very poor. Around 10 deck chairs in the pool area, which is insufficient given the overall capacity.

The hotel staff were so helpful and polite, the rooms were very stylish and clean, the food at the restaurant was excellent. They even organised a lovely Birthday platter of chocolates and sweets for my wife’s birthday. We highly recommend it!

The price of parking has been raised to 28 EUR/day Rooms up to 5 floors don't have as good a view as the ones above.

We come to this hotel several times, and every time everything was ok, no complaints, but it is not very normal that the price of parking is raised to 28 EUR/day

After a long ride from home the check in took around 3/4hour waiting. Only one person did the friday check ins….The breakfast was ok. We booked half board. At the dinner do not choose the angus burger because the meat was burnt. When we mentioned it, they told is that angus is like that. We waited around 30 minutes for the desser. There was no proper air condition in the restauran neither by the dinner nor by the breakfas - we were sweating! When having shower water came out under the showers door

When I arrived, I was asked by employee of the hotel about deposit of 50 euros for my staying there. I payed by card. That was my first time in Zagreb that I boooked via booking.com. In other hotels that I was staying and were booked via booking.com, thay don't ask me for that kind of condition. That was unsual to be honest. I payed for parking 28 euros. In my opinion it can be cheaper. If you drive a low clearence car you have to be very attentive to drive through parking to -4 level where hotels parking is located.

I enjoy staying at the Hotel. I like the room. Hotel is located 2,8 km from city center. That was not an issue for me cause I like walking. Breakfast was good enough. Employees of the hotel were enough friendly and polite fo this region of Europe. I really enjoyed the SPA at the hotel. employees of the SPA were briliant working team. They even gave me advices what places to visit in Zagreb.I enjoyed the city. Guess one day I will visit the city again.
