Perfect Location only a short walk to Split Airport. Very comfy bed, and lovely and clean. Definitely value for money and a place to stay before flying out the next day.

The manager did not speak English, and then needed payment in Euros. We had just used almost all of our remaining Euros on the taxi and assumed it would be billed by credit card thru website. So, we got to do a test walk to the airport to hit an ATM with $9.95 fee to get the remaining 50 Euros needed. Not a huge deal, just arrive with Euros and you will be good.

Very, very. clean and easy walk with luggage to the airport. From door to terminal entrance a 10 minutes walk. Also, thankful the manager with flashlight met our taxi at the entrance as it is a little confusing which is the correct entrance.

The area was great for the airport, but without a car it is a long walk to get to a restaurant so the location wouldn't be great for a longer stay unless you have a car. Would've been nice to have a lamp in the bedroom and not just the overhead light. But these are minor issues!

I chose this place so I could walk 8 minutes to the airport for a 6:15am flight. It was really conveniently located and such an easy walk in the morning. While there I walked to Beach Stari Resnik which was very close and clean and quiet. A nice location. Everything was clean and well cared for.

Nice small apartment, terrace, garden, and cats! The host does not speak english and the payment is in cash (which happens quite not that rare in Croatia, it's just normal), but there's a very helpful person on whatsup who replies very quickly. Overall very good place to stay for the price, but, they very very persistent with checkout at 10 :) Knocking at the door, etc. People often get up at 11 on their vacations... so...

It was fine for the night we stayed.

Chosen because it's easy walking distance from the airport and the 37 bus from Split. Stayed for one night before we flew out the next morning. They had kindly provided milk and coffee, which were very welcome in the morning. There was also some home made fruit liqueur in the fridge which I tried, which was also very welcome. We found a restaurant which wasn't too far off for dinner.

We requested a cot for our baby months in advance and the host said it won't be a problem. The cot wasn't in the apartment when we arrived, I guess they forgot. Our baby doesn't co-sleep and never has so none of us got any sleep that night. The water tap in the kitchen is very confusing, hot and cold are reversed and it turns on/off in a strange way.

Great location, walking distance from the airport. Our flight was delayed and the host's grandad kindly waited for us, we arrived late. Thank you for that. The bed is big and the aircon is well positioned. It had basic amenities like coffee, milk and sugar which was a godsend in the morning.

Cons: Difficult to find the person for the keys: The process of finding the person to get the keys was challenging and took longer than expected. Improved communication or clearer instructions would greatly enhance the check-in experience.

Great Apartment Near Airport, but Key Pickup Needs Improvement I recently stayed at this apartment and overall, it was a good experience. Here are the key points: Pros: Close to the airport: The location is very convenient if you need to be near the airport. Very clean and new: The apartment itself is spotless and feels new, which made for a comfortable stay. There is a nice beach also very close to the apartment.

There was no access to the air-conditioning - high on wall no remote. There was less than 5 minutes of hot water, no using cute tub. My room faced a dirt parking lot that was accessed loudly at all hours, since there was no air I had to leave the windows open. Also people on site (other guests? parking lot people?) smoked at all hours and that wasn't good. I didn't like having to pay in cash on site either.

They had kittens. The bath and bedroom were brand new with a cute soaking tub. It was walking distance to the airport.

The curtains are a little flimsy so if you don't want to be woken at dawn, take some eye shades. The property description led with claims of a fireplace but there certainly wasn't one inside and we couldn't see a grill outside either so that was a bit of a mystery but obviously not a factor in our choice. The price feels a little high but the market is the market and if you found somewhere a few euros cheaper you'd probably have to factor in a taxi fare to the airport.

This property was selected entirely because of its location which is only 6 minutes walk from the airport. We were greeted by the elderly owner and shown over the apartment. It was very simple, very clean and everything was as expected for a one bed one night stay. Good shower with plenty of hot water. There was a small seating area outside but we arrived after dark and left early so we didn't get to use it. The aircraft noise was not as bad as you might expect although my wife used ear plugs as a precaution.

Person who let us into home didn't speak English so was difficult to ask questions and know procedure. No instructions on what to do next day although had WhatsApp number for owner. Boiler not switched on, had to experiment with lots of switches to find out how to turn on the boiler. Didn't test Internet or TV. Some cables had been cut for lights and not very bright due to dark wooden paneling. Shower over a bath which is low, have to hold shower head to have a shower. Towels provided but only two and very small.

The property is very close to the airport making it very easy to get to our flight the next day. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of plug sockets. 7 minute walk to a nice beach. Large kitchen. Very nice garden, parking space. Aircon worked after messing around with remote. Hairdryer, coffee maker and milk provided. Kitchen had plenty of utensils but didn't use cooker or microwave.

There wasn’t a shower curtain so I felt bad about the water going everywhere.

Very close to the airport which was great as we had an early flight and could walk there. Lots of room.

The place was 8 minutes of walking from the airport. There was a sidewalk along the road all the way and it was freshly renovated so it was very comfortable even with baggage on wheels. The owners were nice and agreed to check us in at 11 PM. The place had AC and everything we needed to spend the night before continuing our trip.

The bathroom: the water wasnt draining, not very clean, a bad odor was coming from the toilets. To correct soon please.

We were nicely welcome by the grampa of the family, not speaking english but that was easy to take place in the house, some fresh fruits were in the fridge for us.

Spacious, homely, perfect location for an airport stopover. Great directions, for a tricky location. The owner was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp and had everything set up perfectly. Lovely bowl of homegrown figs in the fridge and some milk for coffee. Don’t expect the Ritz but then again, it’s not priced for that either and is both perfectly functional for the price and has bonus touches that are above and beyond, including plenty of aircon.
