Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The apartment is very beautiful and the look over the city is really nice. We had little problems with the Klima, but Katarina took a lot of care to made it ok. If we will stay again in Zadar, we will come back.

Stayed for two nights, super easy and clear communication. Arrived with a car, private parking under the roof that helped it not to heat up that much under the sun. Super clean, good coffee machine and all kitchen ammenities. Two separate a/c units kept the rooms at normal and comfortable temperatures as outside it was 30+ degrees. Easy key pick up with locker. Would definitelly consider staying here again.

United KingdomWe liked everything about our stay. The only thing that could have enhanced it was some earlier instructions on how to find/access the property. We arrived before check in and we were unsure of whether we could park on site or whether we had to park elsewhere before we could check in. Se clarity on this would have helped us to plan our day.
That apartment was nicely appointed, very clean and had great facilities. We cooked there with ease and had everything we needed. There are a lot of Instructions for how to get in and park but they were very easy to follow once they were shared with us. The location was easy to access the old town and the new.

The facility is newly built with free covered parking. Upon arrival at the location, you will receive an SMS with a simple explanation of how to get the keys and parking card. From the seventh floor of the building you have a perfect view of the city and the sea. The apartment is equipped with a large number of devices and a comfortable bed.
