Location and villa are amazing. You could literally see the beach, and the villa was modern and super clean. I loved the honesty to help yourself with drinks and mark what you took, made it feel more like home. Martina the host was lovely and super helpful. Highly recommend.

Nothing, we were very pleased with the apartment.

Wonderful, spacious and comfortable apartment -the beds were huge and really comfortable. We were in apartment 4, ground floor, and we really enjoyed having use of the front and back gardens at different times of the day for breakfast ,dinner and drinks outside. The children absolutely loved seeing the pet tortoises. The kitchen was well equipped to enable us to have a few meals at home on nights when we didn't want to eat out -lots of supermarkets a short drive away. Lovely relaxing pool area with warm pool and plenty of sunbeds and a view of the sea with drinks available if you want them. Our children really enjoyed the inflatables and using the pool at night with the coloured lights. Brilliant location close to the beautiful beach and a short Uber ride to the old town which cost around 6-10 euro but you can also walk, it takes around 1 hour. Lots of restaurants within walking distance-, we really enjoyed Mamma Mia and Restoran Punta. The hosts were very helpful with a pleasant check in and a round of drinks which was much appreciated after a long journey. Tips for restaurants and where to book taxi drop off in the old town was very helpful, as well. Plenty of car parking for our hire car so we could easily visit Plitvice lakes, Pag and other local towns. Definitely recommend, we loved it!

Initially the A/C was loud in the bedroom, Martina arranged for the maintenance team to investigate quickly and the unit was fixed quickly. The wifi could have been better. I had to do a work video call which froze a number of times.

Nice modern apartment, with lovely design and good quality amenities. We liked that there were places to relax both at the front and back of the apartment. Martina was also a great host and was very responsive. The sea was also 30 meters away which gave us another option from the pool to cool down which was a must given the hot temperatures in July.

Amazing apartment and overall a great location close to the sea. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would come back and can absolutely recommend it!

Luxury apartments with everything you need. Outdoor area both in front and back makes it easy to find sun or shadow. Great pool area with partial sea view. Self serve bar that worked great. Three minutes walk to the sea with its crystal clear water. Million dollar sunset every evening. The facilities are super but what elevates this apartments is the staff. Martina, the host and her staff is super attentive and helpful. They were very flexible and available. As icing on the cake, there are super cute turtles living in the garden. I recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing location (1 min from beach). Amazing villa, our room looks absolutely new, a lot of space, not big, but very comfortable (especially for childrens ) swimming pool. Very friendly hosting family. Definetely exceeded our expectations!

Not a dislike but a personal preference, we would have liked to have some additional, flat pillows. We found the ones on the bed quite thick but we got used to them eventually after the first night. I'm sure Franko and Martina would have provided different ones if we would have asked; nothing seemed too much of a trouble for our hosts who were very helpful.

The location is perfect, by the beach and shops, with nice nearby beach promenades, and within easy distance by taxi to Zadar. Not crowded during our stay in May. The room, bathroom and bed were large, the facilities were great, and the back garden with tortoises was a delight. The towels were nice and soft, the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, and all things needed including plenty of dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tea bags etc for a longer stay. The self-serve pool bar upstairs was a nice touch, especially as we had a flight delay and shops were closed when we arrived. The hosts were amazing, friendly, informative, and very responsive via phone if we had any questions. Thank you!

The apartments were modern, spacious and so clean. The swimming pool and reception area was great with a self service style bar. The hosts were very attentive and gave some fantastic restaurant recommendations. Very peaceful location and a short taxi ride into Zadar old town.

We loved our stay at Villa Auri, the appartement was clean, big and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely friendly, thank you for the warm welcome and thank you Martina for your quick assistance and recommendations. The beach is 30m away but you can find a sandy beach 600 m away which was unexpected 😍 We absolutely recommend this property !

Everything was perfect, a very nice proprietors, she was in contact with us all our stay and gave us advice every time when it was needed. The apartment has a beautiful environment, it is close to the beach, a short distance from the center. Beautiful, modern equipment of the apartment, fully equipped kitchen, big bed, 2 toilets - complete satisfaction. On our next trip to Zadar, we would definitely choose the same accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Auri. The apartment and the whole building is very nice, modern and at a good location. The apartment was really big, clean and with everything necessary available. Beach is just a few steps away, also some nice restaurants within walking distance. The old town is also not far away, 5-6 minutes by car. The host, Martina is really friendly, she suggested many nice restaurants in the area and was in all the ways very helpful. We would definitely go back!

Nothing to dislike, everything was EXCEPTIONAL.

Martina is AMAZING! She made everything so easy, from check in to helping us find the best places to eat in Zadar to even entertaining our 2 young daughters by showing them the resident turtles that live on the property. The self service bar at the pool was also great as we could make a delicious coffee whenever we liked & the price was reasonable. The pool area is heaven especially for the kids, everything has been thought of, they even provide pool floats! Our apartment was beautiful, amazing interior design & so big! We have been travelling through croatia for 4 weeks and this apartment was our family's favourite. Martina & her team are amazing & we will be back for sure!
