Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel itself is stunning, with impressive facilities that include a pool offering breathtaking views and a well-equipped gym—something you don’t often find in hotels. The food was consistently excellent, and the breakfast in particular was a real highlight. Our room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Kristina at reception and Roman and Nikola in the restaurant, but honestly, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had an outstanding stay. Their smiles and dedication made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Words cannot describe the beauty of this hotel. The moment you set foot on its grounds, you are welcomed by the friendliest people on earth, (the gorgeous views are a plus). Once you are there, you will never want to leave. The hotel is well maintained and spotless. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast includes wide varieties (with a fantastic -and super friendly- egg station chef). The pool area is beautiful, and you can directly access a beach right in front of the hotel. Walking from and to the hotel from the center of Hvar is lovely and enjoyable (20 smooth minutes). But the hotel staff are the reason our stay was perfect. Kristina and Mia from reception, Dino, Nikola, Sara, and Marco from the pool bar, the gentleman who carried our luggage, the entire breakfast staff, and the house-keeping team (sorry I could not remember everyone’s names).. They all worked relentlessly to make us feel welcomed. These people know how to personalize your stay, and they will do anything to put a smile on your face.

Concierge amazing to work with. Hotel was quiet, luxurious and relaxing. Close enough to action but far away to avoid noise and crowds. Everything was perfect, would recommend and return to this property!

The hotel Moeesy is a beautiful hotel. It has such a personal touch and the staff are exemplary, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was exceptional. Garden setting so pretty and perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of the beautiful town. A special thank you to Kristina for such a warm welcome and all the other wonderful staff for making us feel at home. The staff here are a real credit to the Moeesy.

A true 5* experience from the very welcoming and helpfull staff (always smiling), to nicely decorated rooms of good size with amazing views of the sea (highly appreciated the upgrade received for our last 2 nights), very good breakfast, beutiful garden and pool area. Parking is also a big plus. We would definetely like to return.
