You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe multiple front desks to the hotel are somewhat confusing. We entered at what appeared to be the main entrance only to find that there was separate front desk for our portion of the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was terrific and extensive. Don't forget to order some of the made-to-cook items. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, great views overlooking the old town and port area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We rented a car for one day and were able to park the car in the courtyard overnight.

United StatesWonderful staff that made our stay exceptional. Concierge arranged flower delivery and room set-up for a surprise for our guest. We had given them little notice and they happily helped us out and remembered all the small details. The concierge desk also helped numerous other times with tour guides, directions, restaurants reservations and suggestions. Also, great breakfast and staff. They are all kind, welcoming and helpful. Loved our room on the 3rd floor with great views of the city and sea. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

United Kingdomthe roof top pool was so shallow it was only for sitting in with a drink to keep cool. It was a little noisy at night but the staff did bring ear plugs.
The location was good, an easy walk to the old town and all it's bars and restaurants as well as the Palace. Nice building and a comfortable room, roof top bar gave great views. Really friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast, an unbelievable choice.

FranceVery nice hotel, very well located in the old town of Split. Rooms are very nice and well equipped. The overall facilities are high standard especially the rooftop with the pool. The staff is really taking care of the guests requests (we had a minor issue and they took it very seriously and proposed a solution very quickly. They are very professional and efficient). The breakfast is amazing, probably one of the best I had the chance to have (variety, homemade...)
