Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. Little extras of wine, water, fruit, chocolates were great and very thoughtful. A very central location close to the centre and the beach. Free parking in a safe car park. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Nothing. It was perfect!

The Apartment location was very close to the centre, and the balcony of the apartment overlooking the sea was incredible. The host also provided amenities that are beyond other apartment I have ever stayed in. You have everything that you will need and so well thought of. Barbara was also very kind and nice the whole time, and even let us checked out an hour later from the actual schedule, which we appreciate a lot since we don't have to wait at the airport for too long and enjoyed our breakfast with no rush.

Everything was perfect

Everything was great!

The apartment is very modern and bright, furnished beautifully throughout. It's centrally located within 10 to 15 mins walk to the old town, beaches, bus station and supermarkets. The views from the balcony were something else, particularly at sunset when you can enjoy the last bit of sun of the day. The apartment has everything you could ever need during your stay with so many thoughful and personal touches. It really felt like our home for the week. The host could not have been more friendly and helpful, offering advice regarding many things outside the apartment. I am so pleased we stayed here. We loved Zadar with the diversity of the beaches, the history, the surrounding islands and national parks, it really has something for everyone!

It was too short!

Absolutely outstanding place to spent time in Zadar. About 10 minutes walk form Old town, 5 minutes to the damn good bakery (Golub) and max 10-15 min easy walk to seaside/beach with clristal clear wather. There is everything what you need to survive in this flat! Everything! The view from the balcony is the bonus as well as the balcony itself. We have had lovely evenings there with wine and cicadas. On top of that the host is helful and friendly. It was a pleasure to stay in this place. Thx!

We loved staying in the modern, very well furnished and wonderfully decorated  apartment. Everything in the apartment was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable. The self check-in was very easy. Communication with the friendly host was easy und quick. We were welcomed with tasty things like a bowl of fruit, starbucks coffee capsules and a bottle of wine. The sight from the apartment is wonderful. Harbour, Historical center, Kolovare Beach and Autobusni are reachable in a short walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes. The shopping mall is nearby.

We just loved everything about this apartment! Beautifully decorated, great layout and comfort. Everything was in mint condition and spotless. Amazing owners who had done all they could possibly think of to make you feel welcome and to insure that you would not lack anything during your stay. It actually felt like a home, we could comfortly have stayed here for weeks! From the balcony there is a wonderful view of the sea and of the old town of Zadar. A perfect spot in the evening for watching the most spectacular sunsets. Thank you, Barbara and Roko! We hope to be back! We have never been to Zadar before so we decided to take a taxi from the airport. When we asked for a fixed price to the apartment the driver initially asked for 500 Kuna. After a short negotation he reduced the price to 300 Kuna. Still expensive the bus only costs 25 Kuna pr person.

This apartment has a really good location, you can reach the old town center within a few minutes by walk. Great view from the 9th floor. Very well equipped - with some hidden gems :-) I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great in this apartment! I am happy that I choosed this one, and if I would go there again, then definitely I will choose this apartment. Barbara and Roko are the best hosts, they thought about a lot of little but very important things for her guests, that is why I appreciate them a lot for this! Fantastic for a couple! Apartment was equipped with everything you could need, and lots of little extras to make it a really enjoyable stay. The host was lovely and accommodating. There's a supermarket and shopping centre very close by, the beach and old town are not right there, but they are walkable. The apartment is really, really nice, super clean, and very comfortable.
