Received a very warm welcome, the property was spotlessly clean, the pool area is a great place to relax. Good location and an easy walk to the centre of Rovinj. Highly recommended. The staff are friendly and helpful .

The hospitality at Casa Alice was amazing! They were so friendly and welcoming to every guest. There was an issue with the air in our room when we first arrived and they immediately switched our room. Breakfast was wonderful every day. The property was so clean and well-kept. We even changed plans one day because their pool and terrace looked so wonderful and relaxing. We would absolutely stay there again if we return to Rovinj!

Casa Alice is located very well, on walk distance from old town,but still it's peaceful and calm,nice for sleeping and to have a good rest away from crowd. We had comfort studio with terrace and amazing sea view😍 cleaning service on daily basis, apartment is well equipped even for longer stay. Bed is comfortable 😴 And now about staff 🤗 starting from the owner and all members of the team in casa Alice are soooo kind ,helpful and very friendly 🥰 they made us feeling very nice and special, THANK YOU GUYS🙏❤️ and not to forget to mention that food is delicious, fresh, various and especially nice touch is that every guest after breakfast gets home made cakes 😊 See you soon !! Highly recommended 🔝

Exceeds expectations in every possible way. From the moment you enter the backyard you are welcomed with drinks and homemade cherry cake by friendly and positive hosts. Location is perfect, just a touch outside of town and busy areas of Rovinj, very peaceful. They offer free bikes if you don't feel like walking. The breakfast was delicious, served by the pool. They make their own bread, and olive oil which is excellent. Rooms are big, we had a terrace with sea view which was amazing. It's a definition of a boutique hotel, that you just don't want to leave.

Rooms feel a bit old fashioned in terms of interior (while they are probably not as old as they feel), blankets are only covered by a simple sheet from one side. It‘s quite a walk to downtown, especially if you do it more than once.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious- especially the homemade breads! We liked being a short walk from the old town. It was nice to hang out around the pool. Borrowing the the free bikes for a ride in the nearby park was great too!

Hosts were amazing welcoming! Breakfast as in best restaurants, big pool, quiet surroundings and lots of green. Location is a bit isolated from the city and best beaches but we enjoyed nice walks mornings and evening. Rovinji itself is beautiful, worth every step!

First of all about Casa Alice is their staff. They make your stay absolutely comfortable and pleasant. Great location close to the old town. Great breakfast.

Wifi coverage could have been better.

The staff was very helpful and really made us feel welcome. They willingly helped us with any inquiry and made sure we had the best stay possible. Lovely breakfast selection with freshly baked bread, coffee, juice, and olive oil from the owner's farm. Forget about pre-baked frozen pastries hotels usually display - this place offered us freshly baked cake after every breakfast. The room was spacious and clean with daily cleaning and supply of fresh towels. Since this is a small place, we had a pool to ourselves most of the time (mid September). Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

There was nothing not to like!

Casa Alice is a beautiful location, friendly atmosphere and a very warm environment you have on arrival. The best breakfast ever & everything is available with amazing options on offer. Check out the fresh orange juice! after a day biking around Rovinj site seeing on the FREE mountain bikes on offer from Christain and his fantastic staff you can then have an afternoon relaxing around the pool which is a great way to finish off the day with some excellent beers and wines on offer!

There were some stairs but overall, the place was awesome.

Amazing staff and wonderful property. We loved the breakfast and drinks provided. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool but our time there was limited. The owner was super friendly and always checked to make sure the stay was a good one. The home was not far from the city of Rovinj. There was a small hill but honestly the walk wasn’t a problem. If you take a taxi to the hotel from the city, it was about €6. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to return for a longer stay.
