Surprisingly, we realized that hotel doesn’t have separate or optional additional beds in the rooms. We arrived with family and choosen 2 rooms. We have a daughter and a son. It was a puzzle how to arrange our 4 family members in 2 rooms on 2 beds.

Professional staff, exceptional cleanliness, creative design of interior in the common part of hotel, qualitative hardware in the rooms, very good and silent location, optional facilities like sauna etc. A restaurant is the great. Especially we'd like to express our personal gratitude to master chef. Our child has some personal requests regarding the food. Master chef and his team very kindly followed those requests. Thanks a million to the team in restaurant.

The AC in the rooms only goes down to 21 degrees (!!!). I was very hot and did not sleep at all well even though I had a USB fan. The room wasn't made up so I had to ask for this to be done (5*?). There was only hand cream in the hotel toilets to wash your hands, I guess the aqua de palma soap was swiped by greedy guests. My "garden room" balcony turned out to be a Juliet balcony without seating overlooking my car in the car park so just as well...

The hotel is newly refurbished and the staff, especially those waiting tables, are great. The big dude on reception could have smiled a bit more and looked less irritable when I asked a couple of questions. The breakfast and evening buffet food (not the local wine) was good. Also, there is lots of space for guests to lie out in the sun around the pool and beach. The beach is shared with the public, which I think is great.

Sun loungers, there was a sign to say if not occupied then the towels will be removed, but sadly this didn’t happen as if there was one item of theirs they would not move them, a lady sat at front with 2 loungers and also saved a love seat at back she spent all day on loungers and didn’t use the other and at end of day she would pick up her top from one she didn’t use. If people aren’t using them they should be cleared and given to ones that need them, as they often isn’t enough to go around at peak times. Towards end of my stay people were putting their own towels out before 7.30 and not returning till lunchtime. This needs looking at, price to stay here then sun loungers should be available to use.

The prices were higher, but that’s to be expected in a hotel of this category.

The food was delicious, and the variety offered was impressive. The fresh pastries and fruits were particularly memorable, and the coffee was just perfect. The service was also excellent, with the staff being both attentive and friendly.

This property is world class. Wonderful design and comfortable set up of all the various spaces for guest to use. The rooms are beautiful anf the breakfast is amazing. The direct access to beach is a win.

There are limited number of sunbeds on the beach compared to the overall capacity of the hotel, it would help to have clear written rules on the beach to discourage guests from reserving sunbeds by leaving towels even though they do not show up for hours to give everyone a chance to enjoy the beach.

We stayed at a Panaromic Sea View room, and the view was amazing. The Hotel was very clean and we liked the overall calming and modern design. Spa facilities were great (both saunas and massage). Location is very good, 8-10 min drive to Pula city center, and public transportation (bus) is also very convenient.

Is not always easy to find a sunbed in the swimming pool. Many people leave the towels there just to keep a seat w/o using it for several hours

This is a hard question to answer since almost everything was totally amazing. The least fun experience was securing a deck chair at the pool. There is a mad dash to snag a chair pool area at 8am... and there is a line! Here you are at a 4 star hotel waiting in line for your pool deck chair. But I can see as a management team, that is a very hard thing to solve. There are beds you can reserve for 120 euros a day - but they are mostly right by the water and are VERY hot - we tried it and decided the 8am deck chair race was better. Wish we could just pay a lot extra to reserve a few chairs. I bet a lot of folks would do that too. Just to have some chairs solve for a premium in advance

The staff was very well trained, kind and highly knowledgeable. They were well staffed and incredibly helpful - from valet, to check in to the restaurants and the pool team. Whoever is managing this hotel deserves a bonus! Also, the hotel itself - the layout, design, convenience and room quality is outstanding. The pool experience is stunning, breakfast is generous and lovely and very easy to navigate and the service team was proactive and helpful. The gorgeous view is in every public space - all meals, bars, restaurants and infinity pool to the sea... Congratulations to the staff and management for such an excellent experience. We met Mariana (who deserves a bonus too) the manager of the lunch restaurant - she bent over backwards for us and made sure we had ideas of where to go, what to eat and delivered it all with such an engaging kind personality. Thank you again Mariana! Overall, the restaurants were terrific.

The only drawback was slightly fewer lounger & umbrella positions for the number of hotel guests, probably not an issue when it's not high season.

This was our first visit to Pula. The hotel was stunningly gorgeous! Beautifully maintained! Impeccably appointed! The rooms were well equipped, very clean and very well serviced. Every restaurant, bar area and lobby location was pristine. We loved the butler's pantry on each floor, great idea!

Everything great within the hotel premises but out of this nothing to entertain, quite a distance to the city center, beaches around not as clean or nice as the hotel ones.

Wonderful facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, very good terrace bars, tasty food, large variety of food and drinks options . Good, clean gym room. Room with outstanding amenities. Great idea of a nonstop “minibar” the butter corner.

beautiful building, easy to reach and surrounded by walkable area, big parking lot with electric car charging stations and valet service, stunning infinite pool with sea water and a gentle entrance that allows for baby play, friendly staff, comfortable bed and cicadas all around, excellent breakfast buffet

The room was a bit small, but very comfortable and nice.

The pool is amazing with with it’s beautiful view of the sea. Also the area at the beach where we were able to swim in the sea was amazing. I can only recommend the breakfast buffet it was the best of our holidays and not to forget the delicious restaurant Sophia where we had dinner in the terrace with view.

One night we heard strange noises in our room, might have been from the outside park (animals?). It's at least 10 minutes drive from the city, no restaurants nearby - a car is a must.

Nice hotel by the see with a small rocky beach. Rooms are spacious and clean, good breakfast, good spa, usually friendly staff. A lot of parking spaces around.
