The rooms are not very well isolated - you can hear the neighbour’s TV. Bathroom and saunas are missing hangers, there’s nowhere to hang a wet towel. Common areas could be vacuumed a bit better.

I really like the ambiance and style of the hotel. You can see that everything has been renovated and refined in detail. The location is perfect, as you’re close to Pula but still secluded enough to enjoy peaceful access to the sea or take a walk surrounded by nature.

The staff were very polite but just a bit annoyed. When we were checking-in and I was asking a question and halfway through the answer the phone rings, she decided to answer call rather finish with the answer.But she did get back to me politely...but for me that's wrong. Other than that the place is amazing

We had a couple with a little kid staying right next room and we could hear the baby scream. My suggestion would be to try and put families a bit away from couples without kids in the hotel this way it's not disturbing for anyone at all.

We spent 4 nights with my partner here. We chose to have breakfast and dinner as well. Every little bit of the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The staff was very nice and caring everywhere we went to (restaurant, reception, spa, pool). The design is exceptional. I follow a ketogenic diet and the food selection was perfect and I was able to keep my diet. The hotel surrounding park is gorgeous too, with lots of singing-birds. The weather was cloudy and rainy but we had plenty of things to do in the hotel so we didn't even leave.

Nothing. Overall it’s an excellent establishment with great team. The management team deserves the credit and everyone at the hotel deserves compliments. Will return and recommend for sure. Just a few constructive comments: no recycled/sorted bin, no lighted magnifying mirror (Hilton Rijeka uses Simplehuman sensor light magnifying mirror), closet is not wide enough to accommodate regular hanger with jackets, and it’s not wide enough for the safe with the door closed. The closet door keeps hitting the keypad. We had to leave the closet open and not using the safe. Sliding bathroom door is not smooth sliding and the round doorknob fell off.

The toilet (We fixed the toilet seat ring ourselves. It was not in the right position. The toilet was flushing so much that water was splashing out.)

Beautiful interior design, great food and drinks in bar and restaurant, very friendly and helpful staffs. The breakfast was really good. We had a wonderful walk along the sea.

The only things were allowing smoking round the pool ,that almost led to a fight on one occasion, and the lack of implementing the policy of not leaving towels on unattended sun beds for more than 30 minutes . It should be made clear that personal possessions will be removed if the sunbed is unattended. One guest did this for 6 hours every day of our 5 day stay.
