Hotel staff starts with cleaning of facilities outside, moving tables, chairs dragging them making too much noise by 7am already and not able to sleep, breakfast not very good, ran out of butter, and only salami with cold eggs

Breakfast: average, very limited selection of fruit and no vegetables at all, no pastries except white bread, only scrambled eggs for hot food - no sausages or bacon, no juices, coffee was really bad. Room: since we had a room on the 3rd floor, we had to have the aircon turned on at all times as the heat was unbearable especially at night. Also, due to thin walls, you can hear people talking in the next room.

Room: modern, nicely equipped, clean. Ladies at the reception always helpful. Outside pool was amazing - big and clean with salt water and enough sunbeds and umbrellas.

Our room didnt had a freezer (it was not said in the room description, but we missed it), also the fridge was quite small. The rooms were cleaned every day, the beds were comfortable. The climate was a bit weak. Other than that it was pretty good, beautiful rooms!

The breakfeast was good, only thing was missed is fruits and vegetables. Also the caffe machine was full of coffee grounds. Other than this it was perfect, sausages, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, ham, cheese, salami, etc.

The walls are quite thin which meant you could hear other guests in the night sometimes. The breakfast was nice but the choice and volume was very limited, a little more variety would have been great. You also can’t order food/snacks at the property throughout the day which seems a shame when the facilities are there and would be a great addition. Our room also wasn’t cleaned in our 6 day stay despite requesting this, we had to ask for additional toilet roll and fresh towels a couple of times.

Gorgeous pool and views. Very modern, stylish rooms and decor throughout. Super clean on arrival. Extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, including drinks being served directly to our sun loungers with a beeper (great touch!). When we arrived the aircon in our room wasn’t working and the receptionist quickly sorted this and moved us to a new room next door. Good vibe throughout the hotel and the breakfast served was tasty.

I liked the friendly staff the most, especially the blond girl from the bar who irresistibly resembles Tailor Swift and prepares the best cocktails. The facility was clean, the space always smelled fresh. The rooms, bathroom and the rest of the hotel are exceptionally clean. Given that the weather was much colder, I was most surprised by the heated pool, so I spent my stay in the facility in the water. Another emphasis on the beautiful brown girl from the reception who is very kind and speaks excellent English. Any recommendation. I can't wait to come back!

We booked a family suite, but upon arrival, it turned out to be just a simple room. We specifically chose a more expensive option to experience more comfort, but the room was no different from those of other guests who paid much less. This was absolutely not a "suite" as advertised. What made the situation even worse was the poor hygiene in the room. There were visible damp stains, cigarettes on the floor, and the overall cleanliness was seriously lacking. This was absolutely not an environment suitable for my pregnant wife or anyone else. We raised these issues with the hotel manager, but he made no effort to address our concerns or to make our stay more pleasant. He even told us, "There are worse rooms than yours." This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Tatjana at the reception was incredibly helpful and gave us a warm welcome. She did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Adisa, the chef in the kitchen, was fantastic. She provided us with a delicious breakfast and was always very friendly. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of our stay.

the bathroom stinks to the point that we avoided it. although we informed the reception staff about this and they called someone to fix it, it could not be fixed during our stay. since the other guests have already commented on this smell, it seems that something is wrong and it stinks all the time, which affects the stay in this hotel. in addition, we were very disturbed and endangered our health when we came across expired food at breakfast. we were also disturbed when our room was not cleaned one day, so we had to ask for toilet paper at the reception.

People from other rooms were celebrating something till 1 a.m. In the night. High volume of Music, shouts etc kept me up till the very end of their event. No soudproof rooms Bad smell in bathroom

We stayed here for a week on the first night our air-con didn’t work when going down to reception at 6am we found that there was no one there and someone didn’t arrive until 8am, we had asked them to look at it as they had tried the night before to fix it we where a group off 3 and all off us had to go down multiple times as the room was sitting at 30 degrees we finally got moved rooms. Our room wasn’t cleaned the whole week we where there we had to ask multiple times for new towels and toilet roll And were told by reception that rooms were only cleaned on request and that we had to be out for a period of time. There was many times Where there was no one in reception so if anything was needed, there was no one there to ask for help, the main doors were never monitored meaning anybody could walk in.

The only good thing about our stay was the lovely lady that worked by the pool, I would say that’s the only positive person we had seen the entire state in the hotel.
