Breakfast was slightly underwhelming. We did get some nice eggs how we liked. There were a few croissants there that were not fresh. HOWEVER! I could not fault anything other than that. I am just a greedy pig when it comes to breakfasts!

Everything from start to finish. The owner saved us a car park space out the front as we had a rental. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. The place was amazing, it has been renovated to a very high standard. It was pretty much a 5 Star hotel in my eyes. I went for a workout in the gym downstairs, the owner came in with some lovely cold water with lemon. The little things like this went a long way. All the other staff were very friendly indeed. The main eating street is only a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would 100% visit again.

This was our 1st visit, and we were so pleased with hotel the staff and the facilities. It exceeded our expectations on every metric. The location - full of character & atmosphere. The design & fittings - Very well designed & thought through, high quality materials. The staff - Simply amazing…. We weren't clear on what the parking arrangement was before we arrived - that's my mistake, but it could perhaps have been stated more explicitly. It made for a bit of a chaotic start and we got lucky to find a spot on the street nearby. There are some limitations from the shape of the building but that can't be helped, and nothing that had a negative effect.

The location is great, it's a great base for exploring the city. The room was very freshly refurbished, with a very stylish bathroom and things like an interesting (and expensive!) art book by the bed. The breakfast was great and varied, and the strukli was a treat.

Loved everything about this hotel. Good communication before we arrived. They arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport. We arrived before check in time but the room was ready for us. Very spacious. Beautifully designed. Large bathroom. Breakfast very good. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. Lovely terrace at the rear of the hotel. We really liked the location as I'm not sure we would have explored the Upper Town as much as we did if we hadn't been staying in this area and it's a lovely part of the city. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we return to Zagreb.

Probably the best boutique hotel in Zagreb. Location is great, looks great, staff is great, the suite room has one of the best views in the city, and the Sauna is one of the best i’ve been in. And that old staircase in th heart od the hotel… woow. All in all … perfect!

Nothing. It was perfect!

Our experience could not have been better! From the minute the staff welcomed us to the moment we waved goodbye, everyone went out of their way to provide us with special attention. In fact, when they heard it was my birthday, they even organized a champagne toast! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Parking was a little tricky

This is a real boutique hotel in excellent location. The staff is amazing going way more than the extra mile to make you feel like you’re the most important guest. Excellent location about 10 minutes walk from all the actions in Zagreb. Breakfast was amazing with some cook to order choices on top of delicious buffet as well as traditional Croatian desert made by the owner and served hot from the oven This is not a 5 star facility. It’s a 10!

The only thing I can say is that on Friday and Saturdays in spring and summer, Zagreb nightlife is 'ON', and that can be heard, when the windows are open :)

Finding a parking spot was a challenge but one of the proprietors moved her own car to free up a space for us. Everything else was great!

Everything at this property is beautifully done, from the rooms, finishes, breakfast and warm hospitality. I would absolutely stay again when in Zagreb. Convenient walking distance to upper and lower town plus market. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Everything was wonderful! I would have given a higher rating if I could! The hotel is very cozy, beautifully furnished and the people are sooo kind and helping with every question and request! It is also perfectly located, nearby the places of interest in the town of Zagreb. There is a wonderful garden for coffee! Breakfast was very delicious - homemade and abundant.

Perfect! The charming, well located, super new, clean hotel was the BEST hotel I have ever stayed. IF I could give it a 20 I would! The breakfast is wonderful, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is amazing, the staff kind is kind, and you are steps away from everything. Calm and still super central. I hope to come back. My room was the one dedicated to the composer, a bonus !

This place is a gem! We wanted a quiet and relaxed weekend and this place was the best, we didn’t want to leave the room. We had a beautiful balcony which we enjoyed especially in the morning and in the evening. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Also, the breakfasts were a delight! Really tasty and always with a surprise from the chef :) The decor is fascinating, every detail was thought of. You know immediately that the place was done with lots of love. It’s also in a great location. Not far from the center but still in a quiet area. If we come back to Zagreb, we will stay there again for sure.
