It’s good walk (15 minutes) up the hillier part of Bol from the Ferry Port. Not a problem if you’re reasonably fit but if you need help and are lugging luggage about a taxi is only way to go. It was 36 degrees when we were there so not a cool stroll otherwise. Not hotels fault at all but something to note. Taxis from harbour are available although never took one. We would absolutely stay again. Seemed to be a temporary issue with availability of room access cards but sure that’ll be resolved.

Felt brand new like it has just opened. Rooms, breakfast area, pool all immaculate and staff (mostly from Philippines ) polite and respectful. The amount of reviews and awards on Tripadvisor being very positive are correct . No issues at all making up rooms to be twins. Walk to Zlatin Rat beach about 30 minutes and lovely flat paved walkway thru pine trees once you’re down hill.

- Service at the Front Desk: The service provided by the male front desk staff was disappointing. Initially, I was given a different room than the pool room I had booked. This mistake was frustrating and inconvenient. - Room Information: There was a lack of proper communication regarding my room on the last night. I had booked an extra night in a different room, but was not informed that I could stay in my original room. This oversight led to unnecessary packing and checking out, wasting valuable time. - Tourist Tax Issue: During check-out, I was asked to pay the tourist tax even though my booking stated that it was included. The issue was not the charge itself, but rather the poor service and communication. The staff member did not listen to my concerns, ignored my attempts to clarify, and did not make an effort to read the booking document or find a solution. - Sauna Reservation: After reserving a scheduled time for the sauna, the staff did not know how to turn it on properly, resulting in me having to use a cold sauna. This was very disappointing and uncomfortable. - Bike Key Issue: I was given the wrong keys for the bike, which resulted in me having to wait for someone to come and unlock the bike again when i was already on the go and wanted to get to the second location on my route. This wasted my time and disrupted my plans. Overall, while the hotel had some excellent features, the service issues significantly impacted my experience. Improved communication, attentiveness, and training for the staff would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Nothing it was perfect! Wish we’d stayed longer

Perfect stay! Can’t fault anything. We stayed for three nights and very generously received a room upgrade on arrival. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable and huge! Nothing was too much for the staff and they were all lovely and very helpful. Beach towels available at request from reception. Breakfast was very good with extensive selection of fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, salad, cereal and bread and eggs available to order fresh! Hotel is a short walk up the hill from the main centre (a gentle climb) and about 10-15 minute walk from the famous Zlatni Rat beach! Most restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk and there is a small supermarket two doors down.

The room was lovely with a great view of the mountain. Staff were very friendly and helpful allowing us to stay and use the pool after check out time. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and lots of healthy options.

This very new hotel was first class in every aspect. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast catered for all tastes. The location was great with only a short walk to the promenade. Parking was easy and above all else the staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Mimi). Highly recommended.

There needs to be more options for shade around the pool e.g free standing umbrellas. Bit of an uphill hike if you have luggage

There wasn't one thing wrong with this hotel. The staff were super nice, we received an upgrade when we arrived. The pool area is really clean, and you can order drinks to your sun lounger. Breakfast was amazing really great selection. 6 minute walk to town centre. 3 minute walk to market.

As much as I appreciate having toiletteries provided, it would be nice it hotels install dispensers instead. Soap and tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gel are wasteful.

Two little things: Even though the hotel cares about the environment, we had no chance to recycle our rubbish in the room. The other thing was, that the lovely natural looking shampoo, shower gel and body lotion, which were provided, contain micro plastics and paraffinum. But it was meant well...

The room was clean and spacious, we could not even hear the neighbours. The pool and the area around it were well maintained and super clean. Our little daughter (3 years old) would run around the pool all the time, the timber and the tiles were not slippery at all! The deck chairs were mostly in the shade which made it a perfect spot to relax without getting a sunburn. The breakfast was exceptional, special wishes like café latte or scrambled eggs would be made on request. The staff was really friendly and helpful! Spoke good English. The hotel was very close to the centre of Bol, via short cuts you'll need less than 10 minutes to walk there. It was a really pleasant stay and we would love to stay there again!

A little out of the main town - a short 10 mins walk from the harbour. It’s a little steep to walk to the property but manageable and gives you an amazing sea view from being slightly Up the hill

The sauna is too cold. The problem that it does not even reach 60 there because the thermostat is installed direct over the heating.
