Bosnia and HerzegovinaNo one took us to the room and you have to search it yourself and when you are new to some place it is not easy to find.You have to pay for parking even though it is theirs. The are no sunbeds on the beach ,I came to swimm in the sea not in the pool ( I think hotel should offer some kind of deal to their guests at least to pay less for sunbeds cuz sunbeds on the beach are pricey )and you have to pay for drinks at the bar ( I mean what more should I pay 🥴). Price of the hotel is high and you have to pay all these little things extra

The meals were exceptional. A mix of traditional Croatian and Western with so much food on offer. The family room was terrific for 2 people with plenty of room. A short walk to the beaches and into town made staying at Bluesun so convenient.

SerbiaIt's an amazing hotel in a perfect location - only a few minutes from the Borak beach. The room was very nice, everything was newly decorated and clean. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The best thing was the food - delicious, fresh and diverse. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had and I will come back for sure! Bol is a perfect place to spend the summertime.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaThis hotel is full of kids, so if you are looking for 'adults only' environment, you will not find it here.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was modern and comfortable, with premium bathroom, new furniture, USB sockets right from the wall, good TV, comfy bed, nice balcony and excellent WiFi (WiFi 6 with repeater right in the room, well done!). Air conditioner is powerful and quiet (LG distributed system). Minibar was also good. The food was great with plenty of everything. There are excellent cappuccino machines (Julius) for breakfast. But strongest point of this hotel is their staff. Workers at the reception, in the restaurant and cleaning service were among the best I have ever seen in Croatia!

United KingdomThe hotel rooms were a bit on the small side. Overall the place felt more focussed towards very young families. During the day, loud announcements on a mic by the pool made us feel quite stressed so we opted for the beach alot which was just a 5 minute walk away. Every night there was a loud tots disco and although there was a quieter pool area and bar towards the rear of the hotel (which was actually nearer our room) there was only entertainment in that area on one night per week. No bar snacks served with drinks. None of the above was a deal breaker, just offering detail on things that we personally didnt align with.
There was a lot of choice at meal times. Salad bar was great, some of the savoury dishes were too salty, personal taste though. Lots of drinks available, beer especially nice and cold. We enjoyed the live singers on one of the nights in the restaurant. The staff were great, keeping the place clean at all times. Wifi good and reception staff helpful. Phone line in one of our rooms didnt work and it was fixed immediately. It's a big complex to look after and it ran like clockwork. Immaculate everywhere and nice gardens.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaParking is not included in the price. Common drinks are not included (i.e.Coca cola, but a generic versions of soda drinks are free at the dispensers, along with beer and wine which is great :) ). Zlatni rat beach is not really close (but I didn't miss it). There is no really a night life directly inside the resort village (unlike the clubs in Bol, but Bol is really big so there are clubs) if the one prefers the night life.
Perfect vacation and calm rest in green. Full board (meals, dispensed drinks and daily ice cream break), moderately calm place with daily activities, 2 pools, very clean with a lot of plants around, very good staff (give Karim a well deserved raise and promotion for being so friendly and helpfull through out whole stay without being noticed, he is the perfect image of vacation at Bluesun). Big pool has more comfortable sunbeds, and sunbeds are free at the pool. Meals were plenty and various. Public beaches are somewhat near, Golden horn/Zlatni rat is 15min away (bit colder and overcrowded, with a very good ice cream just before it). One of the best Bluesun locations!

Whatever you are looking for when in Bol, be it access to hiking trails up to the top of Vidova Gora, activity-filled days for the kids at the mini club, or sunning yourself at the very popular Zlatni Rat beach, this hotel has got you covered!Family room was great, and the full board buffet was amazing with plenty of choice and always delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. What our kids said (aged 10 and 6): “I loved this place because I loved the mini disco every night and the buffet was very tasty!”…”I liked playing in the swimming pool here”.

United KingdomIt was hard to get loungers by the pool, as guests ‘reserved’ the loungers by placing their towels on them, very early in the morning. It would have been helpful if staff helped guests to find a table at peak mealtimes. Could do with better labelling of the food for allergies. My husband has a nut allergy and we couldn’t find any labelling for this, so it was guesswork.
The room decor was nice, very clean. Whilst the hotel was busy it didn’t feel overcrowded. The food was plentiful and decent. Set in a pine forest and close to lovely beaches, with crystal clear water, 10 min walk into Bol. The location is idyllic, a slice of paradise.

Lovely swimming pool and food was good. It was great having the drinks included. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The walk to Bol and the beach was pleasant and shaded!
