Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Marija was super friendly, and even came to the bus stop after we had checked out to bring us the water bottles we had forgotten in the fridge!

United KingdomThere's no way of getting to the apartment without going up or down stairs so bare this in mind if you can't carry your bag or have mobility issues.
Our host was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The little seating area outside has a beautiful ocean view and is a lovely shaded place to relax. The apartment is very conveniently located just minutes from the old town and literally steps away from the cable car where the airport bus also stops.

The room is well presented, very clean and comfortable, with a small private terrace outside. Our host was very friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay.

IrelandThe property is stunning. Marija is a brilliant host, she greeted us when we arrived and showed us the room. The room has great air con and amenities. Perfect for a short stay in Dubrovnik for couples. The location is also amazing, just a short walk and you’re in the middle of the old town. The cable car is also just down the road which was great. The stairs up to the apartment are steep but that cannot be helped in Dubrovnik!

Super easy walk to the Old Town (5 mins) The room itself was nice, air-con, smart TV, iron (available upon request), hairdryer and had a great view. The garden was super well kept also and the seats by the apartment was nice to relax on and well shaded from the numerous plants in around the locations

New ZealandThe plastic bed protector under the sheets. The sound and feeling was not very nice to start with then just got used to it. I understand why they have them though so their house, their rules.
The staff were so lovely and helpful! We were delayed at the airport and they greeted us with a big smile at 2230. On check out they were accommodating and helped us get our day started in Dubrovnik in such a smooth and stress free way.
