Car parking is a bit of a bun fight

The room was very large with plenty of space and central bed looking out over the balcony and sea views beyond. The balcony was accessed via large sliding doors. Bath also accessed the balcony and had a jacuzzi bath to enjoy the views. Breakfast was amazing as was the lady who served us, very friendly and made the stay most pleasent.

Big minus of the location was the missing of their own pool, beach area and spa services. On some sites appear that they have their own pool.

The very good location of the hotel by the sea. Large room and spacious terrace. A big plus for the staff, especially Mimi from breakfast, always smiling and with an amazing good mood, who together with the young lady at the reception helped me to prepare a nice surprise for my wife's birthday.

Understaffed - cobwebs visible in restaurant/dining area for days that continued to go unnoticed and cleaned. Needs some minor maintenance - shower rain head not working properly, cracked balcony door glass panel

Beautiful spacious room with outdoor patio over looking the water. Comfortable bed. Absolutely great restaurant onsite with wonderful service and food for breakfast and dinner overlooking the water. Attentive staff at checkin. Private parking. Great location with easy access to central town location and beaches.

One of the glass panels separating the room from the terrace was full of cracks, just like wanting to fall to many pieces. I assume the hotel did not have the chance to repair it, yet, but we also received a discount. Cleaning of room was not too consistent. We were 3 couples, the room of one couple was completely made up the next day, the second couple had the room partly made up, in our case room service must have run out of time, because they did not reach our room and we had to ask even for new towels. Nevertheless, i would definitely like to visit the hotel, again.

Very nice interior, big rooms, huge terraces, view to the see from every room, perfect sound insulation, very comfy beds, at breakfast just few people since the restaurant is much bigger than the capacity of the hotel. Location was unbeatable, just a close walk to the center of Opatija. Bar (there are 2) was fantastic, right above the water. Personnel were friendly & attentive. There were 2 big fully stocked minibar fridges with very reasonable prices, too, but we eventually preferred the bar, more.

Fabulous ocean side location with easy access to lovely local town. Luxurious and stylish. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Mini bar was well stocked. Choice between more relaxed bar or a more formal restaurant.

The location by the sea is just spectacular! My husband and I really enjoyed the view, went for a run along the sea. The stuff was really friendly. We dinned at the hotel's restaurant and we were very satisfied. We will certainly come again.

If you're having second thoughts about booking a room - just do yourself a favour and BOOK IT! One of the best hotels I've ever been to in my life. Room was pretty big and comfortable, interior design top notch and modern. Big bathroom includes both shower as well as spacious hydro bath suitable for 2 people. Balcony is also very spacious including table, chairs and sunloungers. View is breathtaking as hotel is next to the sea so you have a first-class view at the open sea and the land far away. Breakfast was, well, you can guess... Amazing and abundant. The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything you need!

The music from the bar is too loud. We had dinner at the excellent restaurant at Bevanda and everything was great except for too loud music from the next door bar.
