Staff were super helpful and arranged a breakfast box for me when I had to leave at 6am for a tour. The room was excellent- modern, clean and a great terrace to hang out in the sunshine. The pool was great- a perfect place to relax. Only a short walk to the harbour / port which is a nice area with some great restuarants.

Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. Lots of shelves in the closet..the safe works..good size room..big shower and quite a bit of room in bathroom..lots of plugs..a hair dryer that works and several towels..you can walk to bus stop to go to the old Town

Can't really say there was anything we didn't like except, a USB charging station with multiple ports would have been nice.

Reception was very friendly, spoke good English & gave us good directions for nice restaurant with good food. Breakfast staff were awesome, very friendly complementary & helpful. Pool & spa were nice. Good view from the upper floor.

We were very happy with the hotel location. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful, they really made our stay very pleasant. The selection on offer for breakfast was excellent and the staff particularly nice people to deal with.

We would like to thank the staff for their hospitality during our stay. They made us feel welcome from once we checked in. They gave advice on trips, attractions, restaurants and booked a taxi for us to Montenegro. The room was big with a nice bathroom. The house keeping staff did an excellent job. The ritual products in the room were a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was delicious consisting of juices, fresh tea and coffee, waffles, fruits, yogurts, eggs, cheese, meats, cereals, bread, salads and different desserts each morning. Thank you to the staff in the restaurant- Marija, Anja and Tomo who were always so friendly and did an excellent job. The hotel has a pool and spa which we never got around to using. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town with plenty of fabulous shops and restaurants close by on the marina. Finally a huge thank you to the receptionists- Liana, Ines and Pero who were always smiling and had time for a chat. This made our stay so special. To Pero for driving us to Montenegro and the airport. This is an exceptional hotel, if you get a chance stay here. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday. We will be back.

Cussions a bit uncomfy

Excellent breakfast. The hotel was modern and clean. Good restaurants close by, easy access by walking to old town or with taxi / bus. Parking garage at the hotel - easy access. This is a rare, absolut value for money hotel.

Staff were too kind and helpful, always smiling and showing careness, location is near Dubrovnik port and you can take few buses to old town, very clean , and breakfast was very good. 10/10 no doubts
