This lovely, family-run hotel/restaurant is in the perfect location right on the water with a marvelous view and a truly exceptional kitchen (the chef is the owner). Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Outstanding in every way... staff (lovely friendly helpful family), location (the sea is at the end of the garden), facilities (bar, restaurant, terrace), cleanliness (almost like we were the first guests to stay there). Look no further if you want to stay in Sukošan.

The hotel is lovely, clean and very well maintained. The staff is super nice and won't leave any of your requests unattended. The beach is right behind the fence of the hotel property. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace with the sea view with tasty meals. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but were pleasantly surprised with the facilities and service. Direct access to the beach. Good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely facilities, spacious and comfortable room. Free parking and breakfast included.

Highly recommend! Amazing stay, would definitely come back if possible. Family run hotel, spotless clean, attention to details, quite and with convenient beach services (umbrellas, sun beds, etc) Excellent breakfast with fresh made omelettes and eggs, lactose intolerant options and options for children. Walking distance from town’s restaurants and cafés, very close by car from Zadar city center/ harbor.

Wi-fi is not working

Staff is very friendly , they make you feel like at home. Location is perfect, next to the beach. Food is delicious.

The socket for charging are a little bit inconvenient, no elevator, but the owner is very nice and he helped lift my luggage to my room on second floor, sound proof of the room needs to be improved
