Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesThe front door was a challenge sometimes. Even after putting in the code it wouldn't open. We ALWAYS got it open, but never knew how we did it from day to day. LOL
We had a very nice time staying at A8. Nina was very friendly, best scrambled eggs ever. Location is fantastic so close to all of the sites. Breakfast was very plentiful with all of the usual European options.

Very nice location-over 10 min walk from old city in Zagreb. Easy yo find,superb and fast self check-in. The room was so modern,biggest and cozy. Very comfortable feelings like stay in home. The bed was great,room was chilled.Breakfast is so delicious and rich,very sweet breakfast area with all nessesary there. Recommened on 100% Public car parkings (2 options) is over 350m from property and really easy access and cheap per night.

BulgariaThere is no mineral water in the room, nor on the brakefast too. Tap water in Zagreb is not tasty, as of me. I would recomend having some water for the quets in the room and for brakfast. It is severl cents only.
It is more like a small family hotel. Althou it is very nice and everything was super, I would not categorize it a 4 star hotel, as stated in Booking. Logation great, price great for Zagreb, staff great and very helpful. Highly recomended if you are traveling for vacation.

BulgariaThe mattress is quite firm. Also, the bathroom of the room next to us was attached to the bedroom wall and you can hear very clear when someone is taking a shower. But it’s a small thing to handle comparing to the good experience you can have in this property.
The property is just 10 minutes by walk near the old town and the main new town’s square - the location is just perfect. Although it’s on the first floor, it’s not noisy at all. Spacious room and great breakfast.

United KingdomIt's an idea to have some amenities if anyone needs them, like toothpaste, hair conditioner, etc., in case someone comes very late and forgets it. It does not need to be in every room, but somewhere handy and visible. Just as an idea :)
We had a wonderful stay. As we came a wee bit later, we did a self-check-in, which worked without any problem. The breakfast was delicious. Besides, the location is fantastic: just in the city centre, next to Zrinjevac, in the city centre, yet on a very quiet street. The staff is excellent, too. Very important and worthwhile for me to mention that the room and all the facilities are very clean. The Internet connection is good as well; we were also able to do some work while we were there. We loved everything.

FranceThe shower was leaking. We were looking for a place that had parking and selected the relevant filters on Booking.com. This place came up but then, after having booked we were made aware that parking was not included, and that we should park our car at a public parking house close by (which was very practical btw). I think this info was a bit misleading and would recommend the owner to adjust its categories on the Booking.com website.
Nina was adorable, very welcoming and easy-going. The b&b is situated strategically, very close to the city centre. The room was spacious and super clean, and breakfast was good as well.

I liked the decoration style, chic and modern, clean. With the necessary and very comfortable. Breakfast was very diverse, including great croatian sausages. Also you could take as much coffe as you liked.
