Perhaps a better external signage to indicate clearly Avenue 21 from afar!

Comfortable room. Convenient location with tram stop directly in front of hotel to Zagreb city, Dolac oils town etc, by tram only 80cts and can pay by cash with helpful tram drivers. Kate the receptionist who checked us in was also extremely helpful as with her colleague.

Avenue 21 is near the bus terminal, just across the road, very convenient for taking buses to other parts of Croatia or other Balkan countries and the airport. And the tram station is at the doorstep. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the young handsome guy at the reception. The room was very clean and nicely decorated.

Parking was a bit of a squeeze with limited space but was free so no real complaint. Only a suggestion and not a complaint but we were very limited on the use of the balconies during our stay as it was raining most of the time. Maybe a roll out awning or even a large patio umbrella could let the balcony be used to make it accessible in any weather?

Loved this hotel, beautifully decorated with great use of space. Shower was great and our room had a front and back balcony. Staff were really nice and helpful. Wifi was quick and no issues connecting. Franjo on reception was awesome and exceptionally helpful with our bags and information.

Not much really, everything was fine. There was just one small issue with two cups that were a bit dirty, that there were others to choose from so it was fine.

The hotel is super close to the bus station and is new. The women at the reception were friendly and helpful. The size of the room is great, very spacious. There is a living room with a nice deep bath tub. The bathroom is great and modern. The bed is super comfortable. The water and Coca Cola in the minibar is free which is a plus.

Not an issue for us but the hotel is about half an hour into the centre. The positive is the parking though.

Walking distance to the city with free parking. We were checking in very late (1am) and the staff messaged me clear instructions beforehand on how to self check-in which was great.

Check-out is too early: 10 am. Parking is simply on the street, along the building. I thought it would have been a private secure area.

I was very impressed when I entered the room because I didn't expect it to be so big. I also loved the design. The bed was very confortable and the room was quiet. The reception agent was very kind too.

Only minor thing is the hand held shower over bath, but good hot water meant this was minor.

Clean modern and close to trams, bus station and our care hire place. Rooms were well sound proofed, very comfortable beds and a good lift service- only 4 or 5 rooms per floor.

Convenient location as we were using buses to travel between places but also a nice 20 minute walk into centre of Zagreb or trams just outside hotel if preferred . Lovely clean rooms , nice size with everything you needed

The only tip if you choose the rooms with the balcony just make sure it ain’t France style but a regular one with table and chairs .

Everything was perfect reception very kind rooms couldn’t be cleaner and very nicely decorated there is right across the street a great bakery so you can have breakfast also there is a supermarket for anything you might need ,city centre is like half and hour on foot for me it was okey cause I got to see the city better.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night while passing through Zagreb. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is new, modern, and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed thoughtfully designed, making for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the wonderful woman at the reception desk. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our stay. She was attentive, efficient, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Even though our visit was short, the combination of a beautiful hotel and such excellent service left a lasting impression. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

The staff were very kind and sweet, every staff we met were very hospitable. After misplacing the hotel key, they went above and beyond to help us with the door. The room was spacious and comfortable, honestly feels like a 5 star hotel. The toilet is clean and modern (love the vanilla bean scent) Location is good as well, there is a tram just outside the hotel, with a direct ride to the main square.

A quiet oasis near the main bus station in Zagreb. Brand new and fresh hotel with exciting design solutions. The biggest asset is the wonderful hotel staff though. In combination with all possible amenities. There were plenty of towels, water and drinks, the coolest smart TV:s, everything you need and more. A fun bathtub in the room. Thanks a lot for making the bad (the coach)in the family room. We enjoyed our time so much!
