The shower head was broken in our rooms so we had to balance it but the water pressure was really good

The sea view gets a bit blocked by the yachts that park up out front. Didn't know we could get beach towels from reception. Housekeeping were early birds! 1st morning we heard them cleaning the room above us at 8am, 2nd morning they banged on the door at 7:40am to try to clean the room, I wasn't even awake yet. 3rd morning they tried to enter the room without knocking at 8:30am, luckily this time I was awake and opened the door and told them we didn't need it. We informed reception who seemed very shocked and said they would discuss with their head of housekeeping. Regardless of the housekeeping situation the hotel was great and I would return there!

Location was fantastic, practically walked off the ferry into the reception area! It's about 2km from the national park which was beautiful. Had a sea view room which looked out over the harbour. There was plenty of sun beds on the patios and a small designated swimming area. Breakfast was excellent, good options and food was hot and was able to refill my water bottle each morning. Reception staff were very friendly and answered the many questions we had.

Great variety of breakfast choices. Location of sunbathing and swimming facilities by the sea is lovely. Hotel v close to the entrance and paths to the beautiful national park. Reception staff v helpful in giving advice re visiting park.

The rooms could benefit from a bit of modernisation.

The room was very comfortable, the staff offered lots of advice to make the most of our stay, and there was a really good breakfast each morning. The location is amazing to explore the national park.

furniture is a bit old / rooms could be renovated. Not a show stopper :) in any case, overall experience - still worth the money.

place and service are just great. excellent value for money! Food very tasty and a lot of variety, friendly and helpful staff, location peaceful, nice view and over very clean. close to national park with a lot of sport activities possibilities.

WiFi was only available in the reception area and not in our room. The harbour view from the room was obscured when visiting ships docked in front of the hotel. The only grocery shop was not open - this may be because we visited in May and the season hadn't got underway.

Hotel is well situated, adjacent to the ferry drop off. Breakfast was plentiful, if a little uninspiring. We were upgraded and the room was comfortable with views across the harbour. Very close to the National Park.

The hallway leading to the room was shabby, I’m thinking what am I getting into. The door from the hallway side looked like, and I guess was, from the Soviet era. But don’t judge a book by its cover. The room was fine if a bit small, and the bathroom was excellent and new. WiFi not so good.

Room had a balcony and the bathroom looked brand new. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I was there in October, the price was a real deal. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location right at the ferry stop and a short walk to national park entrance.

Corridors and decor are a bit dull and drab for a hotel on such a beautiful and colourful island. Black and white photos on the walls don't really do it justice.

Well run and efficiently managed hotel. Good service from helpful and friendly staff. Great advice from the front desk to walk to the Park and hire bikes there as ride ride round the lakes is flat and undemanding. Buffet for breakfast and dinner is amazing value given what it costs to eat out in restaurants. Wide choice of food - catering for all tastes. Lovely Beach bar, sun deck and roped off swimming area.
