Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Katerina made me feel very welcome on arrival. The complimentary water, nuts, and Coffee machine in the room were great. I wish to thank the Maintenance gentleman who kindly broke my lock, since I lost the keys. Here again he fixed RAI 1 for me. He deserves 5*

United StatesBreakfast was very disorganized, with warm dishes like eggs that had to be ordered, but it was unclear. So I just sat at the table wondering why all the other guests were eating eggs when there were none at the buffet. There was also a misunderstanding about my breakfast order because of the limited english of the waiters. Food was good though and everyone was very friendly and trying to help, more of a management problem.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and well-equipped with slippers and a robe. Room was clean. I enjoyed the pool and the sauna and steam room. Location of the hotel was great, right in the city center. I lost my wallet somewhere in the hotel, I called and I was able to just pick up the wallet at reception 15min later.

It seems that he is trying to get rid of us as soon as possible. Displayed an unprofessional attitude in dealing with one of my friend’s enquiry for an upgrading of room. He is unfit to be working in the service industry.

The position is perfectly central for exploring Zagreb. From the moment we arrived we were overwhelmed by the amazing staff happy to give us our room early after a 24hr flight. SlovakiaThe concept and the idea of everything being automated and have touch screens all over the place might be nice, but the execution was not ideal. I found it hard to believe that there was no switch in the bathroom, you need to get to the entrance and turn on the light in the bathroom. Also, cuz of everything being high tech the AC unit wouldn't work as sensors around the window were bad. Blinds would not close too. We were offered another room, though and again, thanks to the exceptional staff - guys at the reception were making the difference! All of them were amazing!
Top location, excellent and helpful staff, private parking in the backyard, compliments in the room. I can't thank enough the guys from the reception and not only! Guys from maintenance as well as the guys from the rooftop bar. Extremely helpful and attentive! Thank you, guys! I'd give 10+ stars for the staff if I could, cuz they really make the difference!
