We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Spacious and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, the staff is super nice, location couldn't be better (3' walk to the cathedral), with a nice view of the sea, and access to a parking garage (paid separately).

Armerun is a highlight in our Croatia trip. We stayed in the courtyard apartment with Jacuzzi and can’t ask for a better experience. The apartment really gives a home feeling and is sizeable, clean, well decorated and comfortable. There are water, fizzy drinks and juices in the fridge and you do not need to pay extra for these. Breakfast is served à la carte at the restaurant and is high quality with many selections. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

A leisurely breakfast overlooking the sea, beautiful morning sun and coffee on the terrace was our best moment of the day. The hotel is new, of excellent quality, perfectly located. The property and room itself were incredible. We were fortunate enough to stay in the Presidential Suite which has the most amazing views over Croatia. Lovely small boutique hotel equipped with everything you could want, including 2 restaurants with a fantastic breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room service was really quick. Can’t wait to come back :)
