Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe spa was spectacular. It is a little on the smaller side, but the up side to this was that it was not very busy at all going during the week. We were able to quietly slip in and enjoy the entire facility for relaxation. What a great ending to a wonderful 2 weeks before we travelled home.

VenezuelaThe check-in and check-out times are inconvenient, 11 am and 4 pm respectively. Even though I had written three times prior to arrival requesting an earlier check-in since we were travelling from across the Atlantic, we had to wait three hours before we were given a room at 3:30 pm. The hotel was half-empty if not more, so this was a very poor response from the hotel. Travelers, take note.

United StatesOnly downside is there is a sign in room saying you cannot get food/ drink delivered to rooms via Bolt/volt etc or else a 20 euro fee will be given. I’m not sure if this also extends to bottled drinks/snacks purchased in a store. We were going to buy a few bottles of water at a store near by but didn’t want to risk getting a 20 euro fee.
Beautiful hotel, beautiful facilities. Honestly not many complaints, the staff was nice, very close to the airport and a quick Uber ride to the centar Zagreb! A perfect location if you want a close ride for the airport but also want a quick ride to downtown. the room was clean, restroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. We will DEFINITELY be staying again!!

GermanyBoth the vent and one of the bathroom lights didn’t work and the wifi was very spotty but otherwise comfy and definitely good enough for a nights stay.
Very friendly staff and clean, fairly spacious room. Good location for pass by travelers since it’s near the highway but still quiet and the two restaurants and parking garage were very convenient.

SloveniaIt is quite far away of centre of Zagreb and other shopping centres, with no car sharing locations, they are far away. SPA resort inside of hotel is quite small for the size of hotel. Bathroom needs some renovations about shower cabin (they couldn't be closed and result was wet floor) hair dryer, faucet, and shower rain head its clocked from waterstone. And lighting was a little bit dark.
It is quite and nice hotel. With beautiful halls and breakfast room. Outside of hotel is good looking too. It is positive that there was bus stop very close. The room was ready 1 hour earlier which was great. TV in the room js perfect and lightning of room was very nice.

FranceThe queen bed didn’t have one full-size duvet but two single-size duvets, which I’m not used to, but it’s not really that bad.
The hotel is not far from the airport and a 10-15min walk from the US embassy. The staff was very nice and of great help about transportation. My flight was delayed and I was late for the check-in but I contacted the staff and they were very nice, understanding and flexible. The room and the bathroom are very nice, clean and spacious. There is a lot of space to put all your stuff The whole hotel is also pretty quiet.

CroatiaThe hotel restaurant served pizza and burgers. However, the French fries were dark in color, and I experienced stomach pain and nausea afterward. For 18 euros, the breakfast was disappointing: the scrambled eggs were unappetizing, and the local dish, Zagorski štrukli, was shameful. The catering staff (I wouldn't call them waiters) was neither helpful nor friendly, which was completely opposite to the rest of my experience at this hotel. Bathroom is clean and well equipped but when taking shower in bathtub plenty of water drains from bathtub glass door to bathroom floor.
Reception staff was welcoming and spoke fluently.

United StatesLike the last time I was here, plumbing and almost everything in the bathroom was broken or not function properly. Toilet not flushing! The taps in the sink and in the bathtub do not work properly, when you use the shower even with the door closed on the bathtub water splashes all around... The carpet in the room was very dirty (stains). I've stayed at the hotel for a short time (just an overnight stay), but I think a 4-star hotel needs to do better and provide better service.

IrelandI cannot complain on anything in particular during my short stay in the hotel.
Pretty much everything went well, starting from the check-in which was a couple of minutes after midnight, and thus of some concern to us. The room was really spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just really good, with ingredients believed to have been procured from local food manufacturers. A very convenient location relative to the Zagreb airport too. Based on a one-night stay, I have nothing but compliments.
