Stayed 4 nights in Zadar and it was a great decision to book this accommodation! Great location, safe parking in front of the building, very clean, everything you need and even more! Ljubica is very friendly and you can tell that she does it with joy and heart! Restaurant and bar tips were also provided with a map. :) I can absolutely recommend it. :D

This apartment is phenomenal - from the location, to the parking, and comfortable bed. It has everything you need for essentials, including for laundry. Ljubica is an ideal host and provided some great suggestions for restaurants. The best part of the apartment was probably the private and easy parking, so if you have your own car look no further, this is the place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Zadar and would recommend it to anyone I know.

Our stay here was fabulous only because Ljubica is such a fantastic Host. She made our say very pleasant with her special way of providing such detail in her accommodation in caring for her guests. Would most definitely stay here again, so clean and tidy. We recommend staying here. Hope Ljubica will come to Australia so we can repay her kindness.

How do I begin? We liked everything! Our host met us at the gate and welcomed us to the spacious and immaculate apartment, with a basket of baked goods, drinks and snacks in the fridge and a tray of chocolate. We also noticed plenty of other staples in the kitchen as well. Our host was a wealth of information about what to see and do and where to eat in Zadar. The location was great, an easy walk to Old Town with much to see there. The couch was comfy for us and there was free netflix, which we used since it was rainy outside one day. The host thought of everything, including umbrellas for us. When we were leaving, the host met us in the lobby for an efficient checkout. We would stay again and highly recommend this apartment.

We liked everything, especially the warm welcome from Ljubica, the valuable hints for Zadar, the items in the refrigerator and kitchen as well as the driving to the harbor. Very quiet apartment with large balcony and a great view. Absolutely recommendable!

The apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Only a short walk from the historic centre of Zadar. It had allocated parking, air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. We received a very friendly welcome and lots of useful local tips from the host. Highly recommended and we would definitely love to come back.

Very clean apartment close to the old town of Zadar. The little extras in the apartment were great! A few drinks in the fridge and the staples in The draw to get you sorted. Everything was exceptional and very clean! A home away from home with everything you need and more! Ljupka is a star host with lots of recommendations. She goes far and beyond to be helpful - even welcome drinks in the fridge and grab and go breakfast!! I would highly recommend Ljupka and her apartment!

Apt Ljupka was the best accommodation we experienced in Croatia! We had everything we needed (and more) in the room; room was very clean and comfy; host was very attentive and helpful (we enjoyed the local restaurant recommended by the host).

It was perfect!

Totally thrilled with this apartment. Wonderful host with excellent communication skills. So many extra details like wine, butter, oils juice, chocolate the list is endless. Totally set up with everything you could ever need. Immaculate and brand new. Location is easy walk to old town and supermarket. Was great to have the opportunity to do some cooking on an eight week trip around Europe sometimes it's nicer to break up the eating out. Parking secure and right in front.

Loved everything! Couldn’t be happier!

Beautiful apartment and the best place we stayed on our trip which included two other apartments! Ljubica is the perfect host! She had the apartment ready, cool with air conditioning, super clean and all the little details you could imagine. The apartment building is very new and modern, the location close to Poluotok, grocery stores, shopping, and includes a secure private parking spot. We are familiar with Zadar, having lived here years ago, and Ljubica reminded us of everything we love about the city and had great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Zadar. :) :) :)

Everything was perfect

The apartment was very clean and looked even better in person than it did in pictures! The hostess provided us with some breakfast and snacks and drinks which was very appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch to the apartment where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening, we loved it! It was also quite close to the old town with only a 15 minute walk by the water which was lovely. Do not worry if you forgot to bring anything because you will find it in this apartment, she has all amenities you could possibly think of! We loved our stay here and will definitely come back if we ever visit Zadar again :)

Ljubica and her husband are amazing hosts who looked after us from the moment we arrived to Zadar. Transfer from and to the airport was very convenient and much appreciated. Apartment is located only 15 mins drive from the airport. Speaking about apartment....it exceeded our expectations. Great location and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Small things like "welcome" candies, Juice or bottle of water make a big difference. Great approach. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Ljupka apartments. From the very beginning Ljubica was such a great host she gave us lots of useful information and she has thought of everything! The apartment was equipped with anything you would need while travelling and she made the experience very welcoming with drinks in the fridge and snacks! Great kitchen, bathroom even with washing machine which came in really handy, comfortable bed and great location. Simply perfect! The old town is within walking distance and beaches are within walking distance and lots of bars/restaurants etc all in all a great apartment,location and host we highly recommend staying here!

Great location with secure parking 10 minutes walk from the old town, modern and clean apartment with homely touches. Aircon in both bedroom &open plan living room kitchen made it a comfortable visit. Large Spar supermarket 5 minutes walk from apartment. Good communication ahead of visit from Ljubica, many thanks for the tips and suggestions in the area.
