As there are bars surrounding the apartment it can get noisy, particularly at the weekend but we took earplugs for the days we were getting up early.

The apartments are very close to all the main attractions, pubs, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. It is very close to the waterfront to book any boat trips or excursions.

The place is in the middle of many bars with loud music and noisy customers, but the good insulation of the windows made it possible to sleep peacefully

Our hosts were very kind. Maria was waiting for us in front of the building and offered us coffee and juice and gave us detailed information about the old town and interesting places to visit around Zadar. We liked their bar and good coctails they made. I recommend the place for the great location and polite owners.

Everything was good!

The location is great, in the old town of Zadar surround by shops, restaurants and bars. You can walk to the beaches of Zadar and is easily reachable from the bus station (both, old town stop or main station). The room was clean and equipped with everything one may need. Last but not least, what a great host! Marija is very kind and gave us suggestions for our stay.

Very noisy the Saturday night. Kept awake u until just past 3am from noise from bar downstairs as music was very loud. Smell of mould/damp in the stairwell

We arrived on Friday and were met my Marija who took us to see the apartment. We were blown away by how spatial and well decorated the apartment was. The apartment was a really nice size and very comfortable, obviously there’s been a lot of hard work and effort maintaining its beauty and it’s all thanks to Audreig and Marija. Everything you could ever require is in the apartment, it is that well catered for! The location is right in the heart of Zadar Old Town, and well within walking distance to all the amenities and attractions.

Everything was perfect, the only thing would be that the bathroom is quite slim and that since there are a few bars around is quite noisy during the weekend but overall we had a great time.

Our flight arrived a bit late, Marija was already waiting for us at the apartment. She showed us the place and gave us a map with some recommendations. She was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean and bigger than we expected. Very well located in Zadar Old Town, you can walk everywhere from there. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and bakeries around the area and it's very safe to walk around at night. Streets are always busy. We had a great time.

Very nice, friendly, generous and helpful hosts. We lived in the Studio Apartment, which was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet (three glass windows and shutters) although the very lively sound from the street. The apartments are at a very good location in the old town, a short walk from the old city center or the Kolovare beech, 15 min with a taxi from the airport. There are a lot of restaurants, pubs and fast food in the neighborhood. The hosts runs a nice outdoor pub at the bottom floor. Highly recommended!

Not a problem for us but some would find the bathroom small.

Marija was very patient and welcoming (our flight was canceled and arrived a day late). She gave us a map and suggestions. Perfect location with night life at bottom of building. Apartment well stocked, impeccable, and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I did not like the noise until late night produced by the many bars that surround the building. The hosts have made every effort to create effective sound insulation and for this reason, the windows are very thick and robust. This configuration suppresses most of the noise and the chatter of the bars' customers. However, on some occasions, the volume of the music outside is simply too loud and can be heard inside the apartment.

I really appreciated the kindness of the hosts. They have been flexible with the time for the check-in according to my needs, it has been easy to reach them by calls and messages and the welcome has been also warm and rich in tips for visiting the city and the region. Moreover, the apartment was crystal clear, comfortable and equipped with everything I was in need for the trip. For example, I found an entire supply of towels inside the wardrobe.

The bathroom was a little awkward; tight space, toilet seat uneven. No ventilation other than a window, which, If you open, there’s a real chance birds could just fly in.
