Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe property will be a hard walk with a suitcase so grab transport. There is a shortcut from the town bridge that avoids the busy road but it's a brute of a hill to climb if you have mobility problems.
The welcome was warm and friendly and we arrived way earlier than the 2pm time stated, however the host made the apartment available immediately. The apartment is so close the beach, 3 supermarkets, bars galore and restaurants it's an ideal base to do any type of holiday you require. The campsite at the bottom of the road has bycicles to hire at good rates and enough beach space to not feel crowded. It also has handy toilets, a decent restaurant and bar at the far end also. A water taxi runs to Trogir old town from next to the campsite every 30 mins if you don't fancy the walk or getting on the number 44 bus. Lily the host is always available if you have any problems or questions.

Good location, friendly host and a very nice apartment. We had everything we needee (including washing machine), there are loads of shops and restaurants around and the beaches are very nice. The apartment is very close to the boat taxi as well.

PolandThe owner Lily is great, very nice and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need on vacation, even accessories for sunbathing, which gave us a lot of fun. The location of the property is also excellent. Very close to the beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Trogir, but there is a water taxi close to the apartment, which is also fun to ride :) I highly recommend. It was a great stay.

Germanywe had a several very hot days. Although there is air-con in the living area, there is none in the bedrooms and with bedroom doors shut it is suffocating. A fan or some ventilation in the bedrooms would be amazing for those nights when opening windows makes the heat worse.
Location was exceptional both for beach access and Trogir (hourly boat or a c. 20 min walk.) Lily was always available and incredibly friendly and helpful - despite numerous flight changes affecting our arrival time. we were welcomed so warmly and although we didn’t need help during the stay, we knew she was there. Apartment was clean and functional with everything described here and is true to its photos.

HungaryKitchen is a little bit retro, bathroom too, but super clean and super cosy everything, so it wasn't a problem. According to booking pictures, in my head it looked different, but it was totally OK.
Super cosy and clean everything! Bedrooms are perfect. I haven't slept as well, as I slept here a long, long time ago. You can use the laundry and iron your clothes.(heaven,for a mom!) 'Water taxi' from Rozac is also here, so you can easily travel to Trogir. (50KN for us, with 2 children, 4 and 7 yrs) Copacabana Beach with super restaurants and cafés is close too. (8min.walk) The nearest beach is 2 minutes walk (camping, and if you don't wanna be surrounded by people, you should choose this. Water is the same, but people are less. You know, it's 2021 and covid madness ... ) shop, bakery is close too. It's more than perfect, with children. Stuff is super kind and helpful. We'll come back and thanks for this week, my children were crying, because of leaving... :)
