Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe neighbors can be a bit noisy even in the middle of the night, but to be fair, only if you keep the windows open. Since there is air conditioning, I don't think that is noticeable for the summer.
The location is good. Not in the middle of the city center, but pretty close to it. The appartement was super well equipped and super clean. We got enough Nespresso coffee capsules for 4 days, and we had great use of the tea filters as well. The bathroom is very fresh and clean. The host was helpful, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Very good restaurants nearby. Host talked us through where everything was nearby and recommended restaurants, a nice ice cream place. What a lovely little apartment! It was very well equipped and decked out nicely. It was super comfortable and the host was very helpful. It is perfectly situated in the centre but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. It was also a very good price for what is was, considering that my partner and I have stayed at five other places in Croatia in the last two weeks. Would highly recommend!
