Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaYou check in/out at the Sheraton Hotel, but you have no use of their facilities without paying, at expensive rates. The breakfast there is 24 euros per person. To use the pool for the day is 30 euros per person and that does not include a sunbed/umbrella ! Their sun loungers at the beach are also the most expensive. Other beach sunbeds are available at 20 euros each, but walk further along to another beach and they are 6 euros each. Eating out is expensive and limited menus. Most restaurants offer the same choices. Croatia is a beautiful place, but has become expensive since changing to the euro.
Great location. Modern, well fitted apartments. Very comfortable beds. Excellent, quiet air conditioning. Sound insulation means a good nights sleep. Excellent cleaning service.

SwedenNothing really, but we should probably have stayed at two different places (or rented a car) instead of a full week in the same spot. It would have been nice to see other places.
We are a family of 5 and stayed comfortably for a week in appartment 1110. It is a 2-bedroom corner apartment including livingroom, kitchen, 2 x bathrooms, luggage room, and a huge L-shape balcony. We had some trouble working the AC in two of the rooms, but after a few tries it would start working. Also hot water for bathrooms have a separate switch by the fan and light switch. The kitchen was equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and toast grill. There was no laudry machine but there was a laundry rack on the balcony and clothes dried quickly in the sun. The location (Srebreno) is about 20 south along the coast from Dubrovnik Old Town, so it a bit off but you have access to eveything you need. 1-minute walk to shopping mall with grocery store, to Sheraton hotel, to several restaurants, 3 minutes walk to beach promenade and availability to rental of kayak, sup, waterbike, water car, jetski etc. The time table for bus lines were not so reliable, so we used Uber services quite frequently. We enjoyed the pool, beach area, breakfast buffet, and Kids Club at the Sheraton. Housekeeping in the apartment building were also friendly and attentive.

FinlandIt would've been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. And it would been helpfull if someone would told us, that we need to put the water heater on from the switch outside the bathroom ( we got a cold shower :D ). But besides that, everything at the apartments was really good and we liked the place!
Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. We got a golf cart ride from the Sheraton hotel (where the check in was) to the apartment, which was nice. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, there was enough space and we got a good look at the locals life from the big balcony. Elevator was nice for my mother, who has bad knees. Air conditioning worked. Restaurant Tuttobene downstairs served us tasty foods.

The Sheraton breakfast was amazing and the buffet had everything we could want for Breakfast. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Sheraton and the same again to beautiful quiet bay. We could walk along the coast on a paved path to the next resort. All the Sheraton staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend.

BulgariaWe booked the apartments but one of the rooms was upgraded to the Maistra Select Srebreno Villas, which was unexpectedly nice. The Villas even have a sea view. The properties ( Maistra Select Apartments and villas) are managed by Sheraton on the same streat and this is the place to check in and take your keys.

IrelandSome issues with hot water, a couple of coldish showers, perhaps an issue when both showers being used at once. We had the hotel breakfast as a special treat one day, was a little underwhelmed. Both with service and choices. Also disappointed that my kids were charged at an adult rate (didn't find out until I'd left that kids should have been charged a lesser rate).
High quality accommodation. Spacious, extremely well equipped. Really good quality comfortable beds, triple glazing for a very peaceful nights sleep. Great location with access to the Sheratons facilities. Spa and pool access was great value for money. Helpful friendly staff at the hotel.

Location was great for our purpose, out of the main Old town and only an 8min uber ride. Apartment was clean with all necessary facilities with very comfy beds and great showers. There was a shopping centre and some cafe's and restaurants where we were so all very accessible.

United KingdomIt was a little expensive, but worth the money I couldn’t really fault it.
The breakfast at the Sheraton although a little expensive was worth it. The views over the pool and sea was stunning. The choice of breads fruit eggs meats salad was lovely. And we all looked forward to going to the restaurant every morning to have the lovely choice of food available for breakfast. The apartment we had was very modern and swish. The staff who manage the property at the Sheraton were very helpful and went over and above what I would expect Staff to do. The cleaning staff visited every day and were very thorough. The apartments were near to everything you could imagine, including restaurant supermarket Bus and spa at the Sheraton. I note that it did cost extra to have the breakfast at the Sheraton and also to use the pool that it was worthwhile especially if you have children as the facilities there were brilliant.

United KingdomThe downside of having a great landscape view was being exposed to a bit of road noise. This flares up at certain times, but usually quietens off later at night. Closing the bedroom windows effectively controls the sound and you can ventilate other areas of the apartment to balance air flow in the bedrooms.
Spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation. The beds were excellent and the cleaning was carried out to a high standard. This is our second visit to these apartments and it didn’t disappoint. The sweeping view from our second floor corner apartment of the mountains, trees and and vegetation was truly superb. The apartment is a short walk from Kupari beach, which despite the bombed-out hotels that mark its coastline, is a brilliant location for swimmers and families alike.
