Tomas was the most amazing host & the apartment fantastic- the thoughtful touches such as chocolates, home made liqueur, beach towels & drinks helped to make our stay our favourite so far on our trip. Tomas collected us on arrival at the port & delivered us back - his local knowledge is invaluable & he gave us many tips for local restaurants. He was always available to answer a question or offer advice.

Service by the host was impeccable.Tomas went above and beyond everything.He met us at the gate upon our arrival with umbrellas in hand as it was raining during that time.He helped us with our luggage to the apartment which is just a few steps away from Pile gate.The location of the apartment was an easy access to everything and it has all that we needed for a family of 5.It was clean and comfortable.Each rooms were air conditioned which was great for the hot weather.Tomas left us with goodies upon check in with delicious homemade wine which we enjoyed.He was very hospitable that he even sent us home with souveniers.We highly recommend this property.Perfect location with an amazing host!We can't wait to come back again as the kids loved it!

Absolutely adored Apartments & Rooms Perla. You will never regret booking this gorgeous, amazing apartment. It is such a wonderful place to stay with the Old Town literally outside your front door. The apartment has everything you need. Every room in the apartment has continuous air conditioning. It is pure luxury with even a water cooler (we enjoyed delicious iced cold glasses of water during our stay). Every thought and detail of your stay was carefully considered by our wonderful Host, Thomas. He gave us such a lovely warm welcome and provided us with information regarding best places to visit and enjoy. Thomas is such a very kind and caring host. His guests are his first priority. Our family are so grateful for his kindness and now friendship.

Stairs 😊, would have been nice if all beds at same level but understand this is historic property so not possible to extend space .

We recently stayed at this apartment with our family, and Tomas proved to be one of the finest hosts we've encountered in our extensive travels around the world. He went above and beyond by dropping us off at the bus station for Split and even provided thoughtful souvenirs. The apartment itself is ideal for families, featuring multiple levels and a fantastic location close to popular restaurants. All amenities, including air conditioning (a must in the Dubrovnik heat), WiFi, and TV, functioned flawlessly, contributing to a truly memorable stay.

No negatives to report from our point of view. If you need total silence to sleep, realize this is in the middle of everything. However, we had no issues (you’re above in an old building with thick walls and windows, so any sounds are muffled).

Tomas is wonderful, so friendly and helpful, and he really goes above and beyond. We had a great stay, and our lovely and comfortable room was like a little oasis to cool off and rest after exploring Dubrovnik in the heat. The location is right in the old town, with restaurants literally just outside the door (the one directly across the street is especially good; while we just sat at the casual tables there, you can try to snag a reservation for their fancier place on the rooftop). Shoutouts to the tapas bar nearby (Lucin Kantun) which is wonderful and our favorite wine bar M'arden where we had a light dinner one night and went back just for wine the next (another lovely oasis, on the other side of old town across the main street).

I liked everything ❤️ The property is spacious, a big room with big bed and a sofa, plenty of storage and modern bath. Air condition very strong and made it easier to resist the heat wave. I have to mention the location, near Pile Gate, on a small street with restaurants and even a small super market. But the best about the property is Tomas, our host. He showed us what croatian hospitality is really about ❤️. Gave us precious info and advice about the activities to do in and near Dubrovnik. We loved the holiday and a big part was due to Tomas and this property. Thank you! Hvala vam!

We had a great stay, Tomas our host was so friendly and helped us with our luggage etc. The location was perfect and there are plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the apartment. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Dubrovnik.

An incredible place to stay! The owner offered to pick us up from the airport. He provided a tour of the apartment and also provided ideas of where to eat and places to visit. Very helpful and quick responses to texts. The apartment was in a great location, inside the old city walls. Close to everything. Also owner provided snacks, drinks, and basic food supplies making the stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend,

The star is the owner who organised taxis, met us late evening to take us to the apt, gave good local info including all the nearby restaurants with discount and couldnt do enough for us.. The apt was immaculately clean and we wanted for nothing. On a lovely side street with amazing restaurants but very quiet once we figured out how to properly close the windows. Great showers and extras like bread, fruit, wine snacks and even a lovely bottle of homemade liqueur from the family farm. Dubrovnik can get very busy but if you want to stay in the city walls then this is a great choice.

Our host, Tomas, took care of every detail. The room itself was in the perfect location, within minutes of the major attractions within the city walls. There were so many dining options just outside our door. I also loved how the apartment smelled! :)

If you're spending time in Dubrovnik, look no further! Our apartment was beautiful and perfectly located within the city walls. Tomas was an amazing host - he arranged to have us picked up at the ferry, and then walked us to the apartment and showed us around. He also had great recommendations for dinner and activities in the city. The apartment was perfect - spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful living room / kitchen area. The kitchen was stocked with wine, milk, coffee, juice and some light snacks. Everything was comfortable and we were able to come and go between amazing activities in Dubrovnik!

The location of the Apartment is excellent right inside the old city. Everything is so near. What we liked best was the warmth of the host. There was a personal touch. He was an excellent guide telling us exactly what we needed to do, what were the best restaurants to go over to. Very helpful and excluded enormous warmth. The apartment is beautiful, more so like a heritage place with all modern fessilities.

Nothing- wish we stayed longer!!

A+ location if you want to stay in Old Town (and not too many steps to get there with luggage). The street had numerous dining and drinking options right outside. Our host Tomas was so accommodating and even met us for arrival and helped us organize transport for departure along with carrying our luggage. I loved sitting in the apartment with the windows open and hearing all the sounds of the city. When it was time to sleep, we closed the windows and you couldn't even hear the street noise. The bathroom was also really nice and functionally laid out. Tomas had so many thoughtful details in the room including beach towels, coffee, tea, water and snacks. He also suggested a boat ride to Cavtat, which was a great half day excursion to explore another area, beach, and eat lunch!

This apartment is excellent! The location is wonderful, close to restaurants and all the sights in the old city. It is comfortable and large and has everything you need during your stay . Tomas the owner is so helpful and willing to recommend restaurants and things to see and do. He also met us and helped us with our luggage when we arrived and did the same when we left. He even surprised me with champagne and chocolate torte when he noticed it was my birthday during our stay!
