Location is a bit far from city centre, 35 min walking, but doable with car or if you like walking. A bit noisy in the morning if you do not close windows.

Easy communication with host and one can get a transfer to and from airport for a great price. Rooms were super clean and had an option to cook inside even, looked like recently renovated.

The balcony furniture wasn’t very comfortable and felt a little rickety. The towels were small!

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, there was a shop and pharmacist close by and it was good walk into town/beach maybe 30mins in the heat. Balcony was nice overlooking the fig trees and vines with breakfast. The apartment was mostly quiet, little to no traffic noise. The owner was quick to attend when we had an issue and this was rectified promptly.

There is access to a terrace overlooking the street, air conditioning, shower stove in working order. 7 minutes walk - super konzum, where you can buy takeaway food. 30 min walk - to the old town, the beach and a large shopping center. The kind and friendly owner of the apartments is always in touch, provides a taxi service from the airport and information about necessary directions. If you want to get acquainted not only with the central attractions of Zadar, but also see the area inside residential areas (safe for walking), accommodation in these apartments will give you such opportunity

Mosquitoes: The location attracts quite a lot of mosquitoes especially in the summer. We spend the night before sleeping killing them because we are afraid of not sleeping well. In the morning, one of the other visitors who lived in the other room in the apartment complained about the same thing and said that he couldn't sleep! They could at least provide some mosquito repellent! Location: I do not know of any public transport in Zadar. So the only way to reach the place is either via walking or taxi. Walking would take 30 mins c.a. from the central bus station. But it's too tiring in the summer. The location of the TV: It is so high on the wall that after 5 minutes of watching TV you strain your neck!

The apartment had very basic amenities and as we travelled on a public holiday, we faced several issues. But no other complaints!

Tiny negative: the fridge can be a bit loud at night (but on the plus side, there's a fridge).

The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Was a big and clean bathroom. It is a really good apartment for a short stay or if you are not planning to do much within Zadar.

A little bit far from the beach/center. So will take about 40m by foot. So you either need to have a car or to be fit enough for a walk.

Apartment is very good and clean. All necessary kitchen things to prepare quick breakfast (electric kettle, fridge,..) . Owner is very friendly and always ready to help. Balcony with chairs especially nice.

The room was very clean, I only stayed for one night and it was very convenient for me to get quickly to the airport in the morning. (15 minutes drive) Bed was very comfortable and despite main road traffic, thanks to the roller blinds it was dark and quiet during the night. There is air-conditioning very helpful during hot nights. The Zadar old town is about 25 minutes walk away.

Space was a bit small... we booked for three. So we knew that one of our member will use sofa bed. But we didnt know that we have cups and dishes equiped only for two... but we enjoyed the place.
