There was some difficulty in finding accommodation and keys by message. The water tank has a small capacity, so the use of hot water is limited, but it was summer, so it didn't matter. The facilities are clean, accessible, and cost-effective.

It is 1 minute from Saint Nat'l Cathedral and 5 minutes from Sea Organ. The accommodation was suitable for two people and it was nice to have a window.

Great location in the heart of the old town, perfect for exploring Zadar. Just the right size for us; comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space, small kitchen/dining area and a shower room. The owners were brilliant, answering any questions really promptly and providing useful information. Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit Zadar!

it’s on the 4th floor with no lift so that might bother some people ( thankfully we were both fine with walking up stairs each day). the pictures show a balcony but that isn’t the case with the room we were in.

the location is absolutely amazing. right in the centre of everything you could want so everything is within walking distance.

The apartment is at the top floor and climbing many flights of stairs is required - This is only a small complaint, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. (Perhaps with more research about Zadar, we would have known this!)

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Our host Boris was excellent; very helpful and friendly. He shared insightful recommendations and fun conversation. The apartment was modern and clean, and had everything we needed.

The church bells are loud which may bother some people but wasn't an issue for me as I like to be awake early to make the most of the holiday! There is also a lot of steps up to the apartment which may be an issue if you have a lot of luggage but worth it for the views.

Perfect location in the centre of the Old Town. Very private balcony with views of the Church. Studio apartment so small and basic but exactly what I needed for my stay. Felt safe and at home! Highly recommend and would stay again.

I was welcomed to top centre apartment by Lora who dropped me the keys. I arrived very late but was still handed the keys very promptly. Lora showed me around and once she noticed it was my first time in Croatia, she showed me some good and safe places to visit while on my trip. She was the first person I met and was extremely friendly, making sure I was comfortable before she left. The apartment itself was great. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fitted with all the appliances I needed for my stay. The bathroom was also very nice. Location was perfect and all the tourist destinations as well as a supermarket and restaurants were very close by. I woke up slightly late on my last day and requested a later checkout which wasn’t a problem. Overall I had a fantastic time and the apartment was perfect. Just wanted to say a special thank you to Lora who was soo welcoming and made sure I was safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The host, Boris, was super friendly and helpful! Easy communication, quick replies and helped in arranging a taxi and boat tour for us. The studio is clean, looks very nice and is well equipped. Perfect location in the centre of the old town of Zadar.

Check in time in the app was 15:00 and the apartment become available only about 17:00 and I was informed about this when was talking to owner on a day of arrival

Very nice location in the city center, plenty of shops and restaurants, few minutes to the sea side. Room without a terrace is not on the street side so you can get a good slip without distraction from music and crowd.

The apartment was really basic, the necessary stuff was there but nothing else. 4 glasses, 3 cups, 3 small plates and 3 big plates, 3 bowls and 3 of each type of cutlery. The bed wasn’t very nice and the pillows were to hard for me (this is something personal so I don’t know if I’m the only one experienced this). Because of the heat we’ve got a very thin, small blanket which wasn’t enough for 2 people.

Great location and the host answers quickly. If you walk down the stairs of the apartment and turn left on the outside, you’re met with a supermarket. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby which is great. The location itself is amazing. You’re literally in the old town of Zadar. Within a 5 minute walk, you’ll reach the water. There are a lot of cash machines nearby which is pleasant because you will be paying the apartment with cash. The airco works wonderfully and the apartment blocks the sounds of the busy city. This is a great place with the basic needs.

from the pictures and description we were expecting a terrace, but there are two adjacent properties. property B does not have a terrace, this should have been made clearer.

The toilet seat doesn’t stand up correctly and that was a bit annoying. Also the mattress was a bit uncomfortable but nothing too bad.

It’s super well located, right in the center of the old town. The balcony was a real plus, it’s just a shame that there weren’t big tools to sit while enjoying the view. The shower was really nice also!

There was a television in the apartment, but no TV connected. The toilet hatch was the wrong size which was very annoying to use! The clock on the wall didn't work. The main light bulb in the small room was also not working. Torn out sockets from the walls.

Very good location, everywhere nearby, friendly host, pleasant apartment. Very clean, good wi-fi. The fourth floor didn't bother us at all.

Since it is the main street of Zadar, it was a bit noisy from bar music (for a quiet night you need to close the windows and have air condition on). For the price I paid and since I spent quite some time inside/cooking etc., I would have expected that everything or almost everything worked. However, the tv did not work (later it was fixed but there were only a few Croatian channels without good image quality), there was no real wardrobe with shelves (just an open wardrobe in the other room), the lid of the toilet always fell on my back, which was irritating, the fridge was definitely too small (not even two bottles could be put vertically), no shelves/storage to put bought food, one room chair was in a bad condition, no surface to put dishes on to dry (except on the stove), no coffee (usually there is always a little bit in the apartments), no kitchen scissors, no small knife, only 2 small spoons, hanger on the balcony should be fixed, water in the shower did not flow away but remained in the basin.

Great location, on the main street of Zadar, generally a nice and tastefully decorated appartment with quality furniture and surfaces. Beds/matresses of very good quality. Nice balcony.
