Perfect studio apartment for two, all very clean, with an small and cozy terrace, pretty quiet, all amenities, the owner was so kind and she permitted us to arrive before the time of the check in, location was good, 10 min walking from old town, which is good because we did not that Cavtat is a town in a hill, so you have to walk through slopes streets.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The location is up on a steep hill - the views somewhat compensate for that but for a longer stay it might be inconvenient. Tip: to go back uphill, you can also use the bus going to Dubrovnik. Just exit at the first stop.

The studio had everything we needed and also a nice balcony. It’s great for a short stay, the village Cavtat is also really enjoyable.

Honestly this apartment is excellent value for money. As with the entire coast you have to be prepared for hills. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk back from the town centre up the steep hill.

Small but very well appointed kitchen. Great view from the good sized balcony. Not too far up the steep hill from the beach. Spotlessly clean with convenient parking. Good communication from Katica who was very accommodating.

The Host was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us recommendations and bus routes. The location is fantasitic: only a 6 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport and a 10 minute walk to the town and swimming spots. The room was spacious, well equipped with a kitchenette and utensils. The balcony was a great bonus with a gorgeous view.

No breakfast provided but facilities in the apartment were good for light cooking. Sea view from the terrace was very nice indeed. Large and comfy bed. Lady of the house Katica was always available if some help needed. She is such a lovely lady!

Gorgeous view from the balcony, the room has everything you need, you can also cook easily. It's about 10 minutes walk to the center of the town and the sea, everything is convenient and accessible. It's quiet around, the place is peaceful. But the best thing here is not even the view, but the hostess. Katica is a truly attentive and welcoming, and she is genuinely a warm and kind person. Highly recommended!

Ok for a short stay, but the walls are a bit thin you can hear the neighbours a lot. It's a bit rustic, some of the items need a change, like the towels. It's all nice and clean just a bit rough from being used a lot. Lastly, a few areas could be a little more clean particularly in the bathroom. One thing to note, there's no sign anywhere so I had to ask around to find the property and no one spoke English.

Nice big room with all the facilities you can really need. Comfortable bed, TV, friendly host and very close to the bus stop for Dubrovnik. Easy to take a taxi from here to the airport. Going into the center is easy but it's a hard walk back uphill. A restaurant and supermarket nearby too. The kitchen has everything you need even basics like a cooking hob, sugar and salt plus all cutlery, cups etc you could need for a short stay plus a nice balcony.

Just mention that if your idea is to visit Dubrovnik, this place is far, you have a bus stop just in fornt that drives you to the city in around 45 min, cheap transportation but it takes time, and you are limited to be back by 11pm or so when the last routes depart. Reaching the city by Taxi, can be expensive, around 30€, and don't even consider getting by your own car as parking is limited and prices can be of around 10€ per hour. The bed was definitely a pain in the ass, an old bumpy matress where finding a comfortable position was such a quest, we found it hard to get a good sleep in there.

It is a Studio, and so it comes with Kitchen, Living room, there is plenty of space to stay and manage yourself if you want to eat there and want to spend some time. It comes with a terrace with sea views, not clear views, but fairly good. There is a parking space were to park if you arrive by car, or if you arrive by plane, the airport is just 10min by car, you can easily arrange a taxi for 10€-15€. It gave us the chance to discover Catvat, it was not on our list for this trip but it ended up being a great discoverie, a beautiful and peaceful village, with many places to swim, great views of the bay, plenty of restaurants, and with a pathwalk around the cost that deserves a chance.
