It was everything we needed and more! Comfortable furnishings, spacious accommodation, fabulous location and excellent pool. We took advantage of the taxi pick up and drop off at the airport, which worked like clockwork. We were met from the taxi with wine and cake and given a map and run down of where to go and how best to get around. Could not ask for more.

Absolutely nothing!

We could not have picked better accommodation for our first visit to Dubrovnik. We arrived in the evening, but lovely Marijana was there to give us a very warm welcome. She took time to sit with us and tell us all about Dubrovnik over some chilled wine and beer! Marijana has a wealth of information and knowledge to help you make the most from your stay. Both her and her husband, Tonci, are fantastic people and they will go out of the way to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. We really cannot sing their praises enough. We stayed in the Apartment with Pool View. The apartment is modern, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The pool area was excellent with more than ample sunbeds for the number of apartments and, on the couple of days we were not sight seeing, we literally had the pool to ourselves. The stunning Old Town is a 10-15 minute stroll down the hill, and if you don't fancy the walk back up later, then Ubers are cheap and plentiful. We will definitely return and would recommend Marlin Apartments to anyone.

There is nothing to not like.

What a lovely place to stay. The host, Marijana was fantastic. She greeted us warmly on arrival and sat us down with drinks and pancakes. She then gave us a tourist map of Dubrovnik and showed us where the local supermarkets and bakery etc. were and told us how to get to the town centre. She recommended places to visit and told us to contact her if we needed to know anything. We stayed in the pool view apartment and I could not find fault with it. It had all you needed for self-catering including cooker hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, smart TV and aircon. The pool was spotless and peaceful and there was no issue trying to get sunbeds etc. We would go into the old town every evening which was about 10 or so minutes of a downhill walk away, and we would get an Uber back afterwards. During our stay, Marijana would check regularly with us to ensure everything was ok. Such a friendly and helpful host, beautiful apartment, so I can say without hesitation that, I strongly recommend Apartments Marlin Blue.

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at Marlin Blue. It truly was a fabulous stay( again). Marijana and Tonci are superb hosts. Going above and beyond with every detail. The facilities are excellent. Everything you need for a relaxing stay only minutes walk from the old and new Towns of Dubrovnik. The pool is Gin clear and cleaned daily. It is very quiet with no silly scramble for sun loungers at the Pool. The air conditioning is perfect. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped and perfect for dining in. A very large Fridge/freezer and storage. You can dine inside or out on the balcony. The WiFi is excellent and so is the large smart TV that accommodates various apps, Netflix, YouTube, Prime TV and more. Extremely comfortable bed and plenty of storage for clothes. Washing machine and dishwasher are more than adequate for our needs. All in all perfect…

Nothing - everything was perfect!

I couldn’t fault anything with this accommodation. Marijana was an amazing host and was so helpful throughout the whole week we stayed there and she gave us great recommendations with what to visit/places to eat while we were there. The apartment itself was so spacious and absolutely spotless and the views from the balcony out onto Dubrovnik were amazing! Brilliant kitchen amenities and really good air conditioning. The pool area was absolutely spotless, it was lovely and quiet and you’d never have issues with getting sun beds. Location was perfect you could walk or get an Uber to any destination very easily. Overall nicest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in and we’d highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, clean and modern apartments. We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washing machine was a real bonus as we were travelling as a family of 4 and stayed for 12 nights. The outdoor space and pool area were clean and well kept. Most times we had the pool to ourselves - no sunbed wars here! Beautiful views on the balcony of the sea to the front and Lapad to the right. Having the coffee machine (and pods provided) meant we had lovely mornings spent on the balcony with our breakfast. The location was perfect for us to explore the old town and go on day trips. There is a small supermarket and bakery at the bottom of the steps which were very useful. If you have mobility issues the steps up to the apartment might be an issue but were fine for us. Our host Marijela made us feel right at home. She greeted us with pancakes and wine and provided lots of information about the area including trips and restaurants to try. Throughout our stay she was so helpful and friendly and on our last day there was a storm and it was a national holiday - she insisted on taking us to the airport as we might have struggled getting a taxi. Absolutely went above and beyond for us! Thank you Marijela!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment and gardens are spotless and there is everything you need for a great stay. Marijana is the perfect host. She's there every day cleaning the pool and surrounding gardens, greeting visitors and always making sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay. Being in Dubrovnik, there are lots of steps to negotiate to get to the apartment, but if you can manage those, you are rewarded with a beautiful location and amazing views. Highly recommended! we have just returned from a stay in the apartment overlooking the pool. first time staying in an apartment rather than an all inclusive hotel so we’re a bit apprehensive but we needn’t have been as we were greeted by Marijana who showed us where the local supermarket and bakery were and then have us some home made pancakes and wine and sat down and recommended us where to go and which trips to see. The apartment was amazing all that we hoped for and more great facilities, clean and in a great location. Will definitely be going back to Dubrovnik and would happily stay at this apartment again.

There really isn't anything that could be improved on! Marijana has thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable as possible.

We were met by the property owner who greated us where we dropped by the taxi from the airport. She took us to the property, which we would not have found easily ourselves. She pointed out where the nearest supermarket and bakery were located and also the underpass.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Marijana was a fantastic host and goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. The apartments are spotless and are equipped with very modern equipment. The apartments are situated about a 15 minute walk from the old town but still in a great location. The swimming pool was a real bonus and again very clean with plenty of sun beds available. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely return at some stage in the future.

We were greeted by Tomic who transfered us and our luggage to the Apartment. They warned us about the tight roads and the fact they offered us their private garage was such a blessing. The apartments look so much better in person and we were so impressed with the villa. The view was staggering. The apartments are really modern and more than spacious for four people. The freindliness of Marianja and Tomic is enough to book these villas. We had a wedding on the monday and the surprised us with two bottles of croatian wine, lovely gesture. They were so helpful to us. Something you dont expect when booking a villa. The pool is large enough for the 3 complete villas and the people in the other villas around the pool. The villa was clean. Perfect working air conditioning and smart TV. Fresh bath and shower towels. A friendly and warm welcome awaits you at Marlins Villas. Thank you again.

Fantastic apartment, it was better than the photos had made it look. Very, modern, clean and spacious. The pool was excellent and only shared by a few apartments so we were the only ones in it most of the times we went. Marijana was a brilliant host, helping with transfers, greeting us with a nice cold beer, telling us several highlights to visit and then looking after us during the stay. I would definitely recommend this for families as only a 10 min walk from the old town and many other things to visit.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

From start to finish our week in Dubrovnik at this apartment was perfect and beyond our expectations. All thanks to not just the perfect accommodation but the lovely owner Marijanna who works so hard non stop to make sure everything and everyone has a great time. She arranged our taxi from the airport and met us as we arrived at the bottom of the steps leading to the apartment ( everywhere in Dubrovnik has steps!). Greeted us with a very welcome cold drink and freshly made crepes whilst explaining the area and how to reach various places. The apartments are modern , new and spacious and have everything you need. All the little extras washing powder, dishwasher tablets etc.Beer, water, snacks etc very welcome on arrival and also lovely wine made by Marijjana’s father! . Lovely pool with really good sun beds and sun shades. Towels changed every few days and sheets changed mid week. Pool towels provided. Great air con in apartment … much needed as it was so hot! We loved our huge terrace overlooking the pool . Perfect location for our first visit to Croatia and huge thank you to Marijanna who helped make it so special.

Nothing, it was completely perfect!

Marijana is utterly amazing. She arranged for us to get picked up from the airport by her daughter so we didn’t have to deal with buses/taxis. Our first evening she shared a bottle of her fathers home made wine with us on the terrace and annotated a map of the city to show us the best places to go visit/eat etc. She even made us crepes filled with berries/Nutella for our arrival! The property was amazing, AC, dishwasher, giant bed, even the fridge had cold beer, water and cookies stocked for our arrival. It was above and beyond what we expected. Hoping to return to Dubrovnik next year for a longer stay (one week was not enough!) and will definitely be booking back with Marijana. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, clean, modern, relaxing, private and above the noise of the old town. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine on our terrace was heaven. Every little detail has been considered (a safe for valuables/toiletries/feminine products/first aid kit/sewing kit etc). Cannot recommend highly enough, absolutely perfect!

The apartment was in a brilliant location and it was easy to walk into the Old Town area. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. It was a great base for our stay. Our host was very friendly and was always happy to help us. I would definitely recommend Marlin Blue apartments to anyone.
