The host, what a guy friendly funny and he gave us a lot of information about the aria. Large apartment with all the things you need, close to shops, inter Spar and washingmachine facilities in Zadar. We walked to the old city and dronk a coffee at the harbor. We took a sailingship and went to Kali. You can also take the bus to Zadar. Lost of special places to visit. I think we where the oldest visiting people. Most of the visitors where young 😜

Could have at least another 2-4 Sun beds for amount of apartments. Comforts like kettle and small fridge would in apt would be very helpful as basic comforts.

We loved these apartments and the gentleman at apartment was very friendly and welcoming. Vladimir picked us up from airport and picked us up for return flight. Nice walk into old town appro 20-30 minutes leisurely. Lots of supermarkets and shops close by. Wish there was at least a kettle and small fridge in room. Would certainly consider returning. Apartment was spotlessly clean.Pool was lovely and clean.

I love d my stay.

Just close enough to Old Town- nice quiet area. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The pool was very clean. Vladimir and Mr.Lulic both excellent hosts, not in your face but there when needed- both very friendly. Value for money was great- would defo come back and defo recommend. Air con also fantastic always a bonus.

The apartments are a little far from old town making it hard to walk there but this is only minor.

The owner is absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, welcoming and very kind. We enjoyed the pool. Good location for supermarkets. Very clean and pleasant stay. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Not much to dislike but if I was to mention something, the kitchen could be stocked a bit better and the outside social area was a bit too close to our door. Not the big issues but the smell of the cigarettes wasn't pleasant.

it was 2 single beds pushed together so they kept moving apart during the night. there were only 4 sun loungers so the pool was often too busy.

the room was a good size. it was simple but comfy. there was a decent sized communal fridge and pool. location wise it was a short taxi ride from the old town, and next to a number of large supermarkets.

We booked a studio apartment. We were incredibly happen with the flat for the duration of our holiday with our 6 year old daughter. The studio came with a small kitchen with a fridge that we used mainly for drinks and breakfasts as well as a coffee machine and kettle. As well as cooking facilities but we never used these. The flat was very well kept and had air conditioning (although not overly powerful, it did the job during very high temperatures) the beds were comfortable and the bathroom worked very well with shower. The real benefit we had was the pool (daughter loved having it) and although there are only 4 sun loungers, we had no real trouble using them. There is also a parasol base and a couple of umbrellas and a table and chair. During 30+ degrees this was a real oasis. There are some shared clothes airers and a communal fridge on the ground floor as well as a patio area which is generally able to stay in the shade. It is located a little way out of the centre however but there is a local bus stop round the corner ( bus 4 ‘can’ go straight to centre but 1 and 11 needs to change at main bus station) the main bus station is about a 20 minute walk down hill on a straight street. Be aware that on a Sunday they can be fairly irregular. However Ubers are reasonably priced at €6 to the old town. Furthermore it is located at a very busy junction, so be aware of traffic. Crossings are a must for young children. However at this crossing there is some great local amenities such as a kfc and 3 supermarkets (interspar, konzum and plodine) The owner is incredibly friendly and tries hard to make your stay comfortable. Overall this was a bit of a hidden gem find for our holiday. Just be aware that check in is from 2pm local time and checkout is 10am local time.

For me personally i would appreciate some coffee machine, even for the capsules. Could be a shared one in the common area. Also apartments are in the cross roads of main roads to town, so there is busy and crazy driving, changing lanes last minute without any indication. So going to the shops you need to be using traffic lights and observe mad drivers.

Very clean place. Very close to shops like decathlon or groceries, where you can buy snoorkeling equipment and multiple very cheap breakfast options. Vladimir is a very good owner and gentleman. There is also his brother Danko who organized us a beautifull trip for the Sunset and full moon tour around Zadar. Also swimming pool in a days, where it was 38 degrees, was a life saver. Behind KFC there is awesome restaurant Batak. They serve there delicious meats from BBQ and it is slightly cheaper than the ones in the town. For example a pint there is only 3.60. I would defenitelly come back again as this is very good spot to explore Zadar and ourskirts beaches. For example Uber to Bibinje, 8 euro one way. Zaton 18 eur. To the town 6 eur.

All good, the apartament had all we needed and was cery clean and comfortable. The owner was cery nice to us. Parking is next to the building. Unfortunately we didn't have opportunity to use swimming pool as were whole day outside, but looked very nice and clean :) We can definitely recommend this place!

Occasionally disturbed by noise from the road outside and people at the pool in the morning if your room is beside the pool.

Our host was really friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean, especially the pool. The beds were very comfortable and it was around €5 in an Uber to the old town or a 30 minute walk.
