We had an exceptional stay at this property in Dubrovnik.. The space was immaculate, modern, and equipped with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of Adriatic sea and easy access to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Absolutely nothing!!

Just perfect! Plenty of room, everything spotless and the hosts exceptional. Loved the view. Not far to the Old City - Uber is easiest. Would love to have spent more time here!!

There is no public transport near by, We had a car and also used Uber to get to the old town.

The location is absolutely amazing, right in front of the sea. The nearest beach is just 4 min walk. The host is amazing and available at all times. She guided us with the near by things and also briefed us about the old town and other things.

It’s not a cons or any disadvantage, just be ready there are no supermarkets in a walking distance. Need to do groceries smart

Very compact and clean apartment with unforgettable sea view. Very helpful and friendly host. Only one problem was a transport. We didn't have own car and there's no bus route there. We travelled by Uber. Average price from Lovro to old town around 7€.

I Loved to stay at Luciana's. She is an exceptional host and recommended us restaurants and beaches. The apartment is a bit far from the old town (20 minutes) so I recommend renting a car if you plan on traveling within dubrovnik. There is a calm and nice beach not far from the apartment

It was a wonderful stay ! The two-story apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped (even beach mattresses were provided... and everything you may need). The apartment is at the top of a big house, but well separated from the other apartments, and very quiet. The view on the sea from the terrace is wonderful (we had diner on the terrace almost every night, and we could watch the boats passing by). There was a dedicated parking spot above the house for our car, with a wonderful view as well... We also loved the small beach located about 300m from the apartment, which was very pleasant and not crowded. For sure, if we visit Dubrovnik again, we will come back here !

An apartment with a wonderful view, from the terrace you can watch the ships and the sea in front of you. The apartment is clean, tidy and pleasantly furnished. Everything was available in the kitchen and bathroom as described. We parked our car in the garage. (Uber works well!) Luciana is a very kind, attentive and helpful host. We will be happy to return if we are near to Dubrovnik next time. For cat ladies and gents: there lives a very friendly cat. :) Thank you Luciana! :)

Nothing I did not like. Just wish a convenience shop was a little bit closer and that's it. Everything really was perfect.

Host was so friendly and hospitable. They also went out of their way for us on some ocassions. A fantastic round off to a perfect stay!

This totally new and very comfortable apartment is 4-5 km from the Old Town and from supermarket. It is therefore necessary having a car/take bus or taxi. That said, the apartment was perfect, with a wonderful terrace with view on the sea, and a lovely beach nearby.

No coffee for coffee machine and only one sachet of instant, dairy free coffee (there were a few dairy coffee sachets) which was Turkish so not to everyone liking necessarily.

Awesome views, balcony from bedroom and main room with direct sea view. Undercover garage parking. All facilities needed were easily available.
