If you are with a big car, notice that the streets are narrow. But that is true all over dubrovnik. There were some mosquitoes - there are no nets on the windows. But those things are minor. The apartment is highly recommended.

The apartment was excellent, wide and fits a family of 6. Facilities were good and functioning. The owner was cooperative and very nice. Location was ok - 10 minutes walk from the coast, 20 minutes from the old town

The flat is spacious also just about 20 minutes walk to the castle and only 7 euro by Uber. A supermarket just a few minutes away so you can get everything you need. The owner is very nice and has shown us the map how to get to the old town and some other places as well. The facilities is excellent.

The apartment is clean and spacious, with everything we need. It is about 20 minutes' walk to the old town. The host is friendly and helpful. I think it would be hard to find anything better at this price in Dubrovnik.

shower water was not hot during the first night, but was fixed in the second night.

I received a thorough explanation how to operate the various apparatus in the apartment. heating was excellent. great location with own parking which was fabulous for walking to the old city in 20 minutes. near a supermarket which was also excellent for us. in short - great spot and great value for money.

If it were a bit closer to the old town, it would be perfect. But, it only cost 7 euros to go there by Uber, so everything was ok.

Everything about this apartment was great. It was big, well put together, with nice furniture, on the ground floor, with two amazing spots to relax (a balcony and a patio). The private parking space was also a huge plus.

This place was wonderful for 3 couples. It was large, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having balcony with table for 6 - choice of eating inside or outside. It is a 25 minute walk to Old Town, (why 8/10).but Uber very cheap if you’re tired) Highly recommend for 3 couples or family.

There is a house across the back that has two lovely guard dogs that can bark in the night. It wasn’t a major problem for us just a slight disturbance. If you’re a light sleeper take one of the twin rooms.

The property is in an excellent location with supermarkets & buses close by. Old Town is a 20min up hill then down hill walk. Gruz harbour is a 15 gentle down hill stroll. Taxi journey to both is cheap. The apartment is well equipped & spacious. Plenty of relaxing space. Comfortable beds. There were 5 of us. Lovely balcony gets the afternoon sun with a view of the town ( not Old Town). A map & lots of information is given at the start of your stay which is super useful.

Everything was great - hosts, facilities, location. Hosts gave us good practical recommendations for places to visit. The apartment was in the middle of the city - we could walk nearly everywhere by foot, or take public transport. I recommend this place!

The apartments were amazing, comfortable and spacious. We did enjoy every minute we spent in them. Before the trip, without having any knowledge about the “configuration” of Dubrovnik we did manage to find these accomodations which turned out to be just in the sweet spot right in the middle between the Old town and the new part / port. And that was great - 15-20 min walk in either direction.

Uber will cancel on you numerous times due to smaller road. Need to order Uber to the side road.

Like most areas in Dubrovnik, the road leading up to the apartment is narrow and up a steep incline. For novices who are not used to driving on the opposite side of the road and having a hired car with not enough engine capacity it was a challenge to get in and out of the road. Obviously the Uber drivers in a 7 seater did not have any issues😉

Spacious, clean, well stocked up and excellent hosts. Also have parking facilities with gates and secure building. Given that we’re there during the heatwave they had very efficient AC system. Lovely and very helpful hosts. They had left us milk, coffee and sugar which was so welcoming.

The street is very narrow to negotiate larger vehicle. We had Uber XL cancel a lot I think because of this. Better to pick up and drop off on larger road one minute away.

Spacious well appointed apartment. Host is very helpful and showed us facilities and location of activities. Off street parking and 20 minute walk to Old Town. Best apartment we stayed in Croatia.
