Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Great apartment, right in the centre of the Old Town, but surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning was amazing and great to return to after being out in the heat. The oven was out of order, which we weren't previously informed about. However, for us, this wasn't a problem. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot and powerful.

The location is in the heart of the old town so very convenient for everything.The apartment was fine in a lovely old building above a small art shop.Ideal for a short stay.The owner arranged our airport transfers and was very pleasant,telling us all about Dubrovnik.

Our host was incredibly warm and lent so much to our first experience in Croatia and Dubrovnik. The place was centrally located, situated near some truly excellent restaurants (many of which we learned about directly from our host). I would strongly recommend this place to anyone on a budget or just wanting to experience an authentic stay without the excess frills of a resort.

United KingdomIt took us a few minutes to find the entrance. You have to walk through a small shop to get to the apartment. This might be common in Dubrovnik, but this isn't common in England, so we assumed it was just a shop. Some staff at the restaurant opposite helped us. This was just a couple of minutes inconvenience though - no big deal.
The location is amazing. The water pressure in the shower was great. Its convenient to have kitchen facilities and a washing machine while travelling. The host is friendly. The area felt safe but lively.

Very centrally located yet quiet. Comfortable room with air conditioning. Host Stefan was extremely welcoming and helpful. He gave us a late checkout and allowed us to leave our bags on the premises after checkout.
