Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOur host was very quick to respond to all communication and kindly offered to pick us up from the airport. The room had everything we needed for our one night stay and we really appreciated the added touches of water, orange juice, fruit and chocolate treats. The air con worked well and the bed was comfortable. We were also offered a lift back to the airport the following morning to catch our shuttle bus which was greatly appreciated. Perfect place to suit our needs. Would 100% stay again!

IrelandIt was the perfect location if you need to be near the airport in dubrovnik. Just down the road was a lovely restaurant with brilliant food. The best part was the host, a lovely lady who kindly brought us to our car rental destination in the morning

The property is as others have mentioned, clean, bright and comfortable, as new. The host is amazing. We were stuck on a bus for 2+ hours waiting to cross the Montenegro / Croatia border. The host quickly organised her neighbour to collect us, we walked over the border and were soon at the apartment. The village bar-restaurant provided welcome ice cold beers and a meal at reasonable cost.

It was clean. The owner and his son were very helpful. They offered to drop us off the airport. It was very nice offer. They put some soft drinks and fruits into the room. It was very pleasant.

IrelandWe stayed here prior to an early morning flight. The apartment is down a country road and very quiet despite being near the airport. There is plenty of parking if needed. The room had everything we needed, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. Taxi to old town was about €25 each way and took 20 mins. Angie kindly arranged for a lift to the airport despite the early start at 03:45! We would highly recommend to others, particularly if flying early in the morning.
