Our rooms were perfect and close to the old town, and our host Dino was amazing. Our flight was unexpectedly canceled and he found us space for 2 nights at a good price.

Small room. Kitchen and other facilities are part of different rooms and different price. So factor that in your budget calculation (things are not cheap in dubrovnik) and there's a not big grocery store (more like a small kiosk type shop).

Very close to beach Šulić. Easy to go there. Also nice restaurants and cafe around. The view was also is nice from our room

The only negative some steep steps up to apartment but we'll worth the effort !,

Dino the host was excellent always available and willing to help. Accommodation ; excellent location just outside city walls . Two minute walk to beach or old town. Our apartment was large with a large comfortable bed ,air conditioning a small fridge and sea view . I will definitely return here again.

The stairs. Lots of stairs - if you have knee issues this is probably not the one for you!

Small, compact apartment literally 3 minutes from the main gate to the Old Town. A little difficult to find at first because the street numbers were confusing but host was helpful and easy to contact for directions. Apartment had everything you needed with a comfy bed and, while the bathroom was small, water was hot and pressure good.

If you have a car the closest parking garage is a decent walk away with some strip of road being semi dangerous (no sidewalk) but that is the case with almost anywhere close to old town in Dubrovnik. I also would like better blinds to block the sun through the windows. Be prepared for stairs

I liked that the location was very close to old town (5 minute walk) but not inside which is nice. Close to water and restaurant. Cute and had everything I needed.

1. Difficult to find the apartment (should give sign/ name to the apartment). 2. So much stairs. 3. Should have basic spices in the kitchen and buy new pan/pot. Too much scratch on the pan. 4. Too early check out (10 AM).

The apartment is close to the old town, beach and restaurant. The owner Dino is helpful and friendly. He gave us a lot information about Dubrovnik. He offered to us for keep our luggage in his house after checkout. Thank you so much Dino 😊

Lovely small room (we had the room in the top part of the house with three beds and one bathroom) that is perfect if you’re a group and in Dubrovnik for a weekend or so. Bathroom was wonderful and clean! Room is pretty much full with the three beds and the wardrobe but again if you are only there for 2-3 nights and don’t plan on spending much time in the room it is more than enough. It is very close to the old town and also close to some nice beaches. It is up the hill a bit so you need to walk some steps up but that is the case in basically all of Dubrovnik. Dino and his mum were lovely host, very responsive and helpful. Apartment did not have a kitchen but small fridge and kettle were available- again more than enough if you’re only there for a couple of nights!

Very nice location, very close to the old town, great and helpful host Dino. We loved the stay the apartment was renovated, nice and cozy place. You have to be prepared to climb steps with suitcases as is most of Dubrovnik's old city.

Hot water ran out too quickly in the shower. Front door might need replacing- being a solo traveller I was a little worried about security as there was a gap in the door. I put a chair and some other things up against it for my own sanity.

Apartments Mia was very lovely in many ways. It is perfectly located in old town Dubrovnik and the apartment itself has recently been refurbished so is modern and has all the bits you would need to have a nice night in, a relaxing sleep in but you are oh so close to everything that you may as well be out! Dino was so helpful when I arrived early for check in and remained easily contactable throughout my stay.

No wifi the whole time. Was originally difficult to find properly - but staff were responsive if you called so that helped us. The aircon in our room didn’t work the first night so it was quite hot but the staff got it fixed the second day we were there.

Wi-Fi was down due to some technical problems. Humidity was high in the small room with the natural rock wall.

The location was amazing next to the old town by a small fishing port and next to a small beach. We had the downstairs room with a natural rock wall, which was cool enough in summer not to use the AC at all. The host Dino is a wonderful character! He gave us LOTS of advice on what to do during our stay, made us feel like friends, stored our bags for the day after check-out and even filled our water bottles with refrigerated water upon our departure. Hvala!

Not much... it was really great. The spiral staircase is a bit tight... but nothing to complain about.

Apartment Mia and Dino (and Dino's mom) were lovely. The location was amazing! Right outside of the Old City Walls.. Close to two very good bar/restaurants with fantastic views. Dino was so accommodating and also gave of the lay of the land when we arrived with great recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at Apartments Mia!
