No cutting board in the kitchen and not a single sharp knife unfortunately. I also told the person at the reception when we left but she was more like "okay" than she seemed to care about it. We managed but wanted to mention it. Also the coffee maker (moka pot) wasn't cleaned, we didn't use it but cleaned it and left it clean for the next guests.

Super easy key collection, lots of space, central location. room heating was working and hot water as well, some tea bags were already there at the venue, fridge worked well and cooled our stuff.

The entrance is a bit creepy. We were not fully reassured. But the area is really safe. Just a bad first impression. The A/C in the room was not working. It was a bit cold. I could have texted them and I would have received a response directly but it was late and didn't want to disturb... So not the place's fault.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom (included in description). Heating is only by air-condition so it can be a problem during winter.

Excellent location and good isolation so you can sleep well. Just keep your windows closed. Easy and fast communication with personnel.

It is a good place to drop by if someone wants to stay in Zadar for a little while and explore. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. It is in the mididle of the city centre but it was quiet at night - the AC works well so with closed windows I had no complaints over the noise.

Nothing. The only thing I really didn't like was that the room was the third floor, which meant i had to carry my suitcase up three flights of stairs...but that is not the rooms fault, that is my fault for packing so much haha

The location of the apartment was very nice. It was easy to walk to sites, but also kinda tucked away so you didn't get street noise late at night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The check in process was easy.

The room was located on the top floor and the light sensors could not detect our presence so it was very dark at night and we had to use flashlights.

Great location, centre of old town Window shutters on outside block out daylight very well. Almost hard to distinguish day/night. The noise too, pretty quiet. Apart from the slightly random-sounding clock bells. No big deal though.

While everything was really clean and well taken care of the floors were dirty. The listing said it had a living room but it was really just one room like a hotel room with a separate bathroom. Not a big deal but not what I expected. The mini fridge didn’t work and it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Easy check in. Good communication with the host. Comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked well. Instant coffee and tea available. Nice shower. Great location but no view.

Loved staying here and wished I could stay longer. Easy to find booking office (the girls were all amazing and so helpful and friendly). Left our luggage there whilst I went to the islands. Thank you so much. Had a wonderful night's sleep. Really safe/authenic place to stay. I've travelled the world solo and this is a very safe apartment. Will definitely stay again. The approach to the property, you approached via a scruffy courtyard with dog excrement. There was no lift to the top floor and at night it would have felt unsafe to have been returning alone

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We arrived earlier than check in and reception let us keep our luggage with them so we could explore Zadar until the room was ready. Location was great, centrally located in old town so everything is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. I had already read it was stairway access only, so this didn't bother me. There was air-conditioning in the living area and bedroom, the kitchen had some basics in the cupboards and there was a washing machine, all made for a very comfortable 2 night stay!
