First of all, both Ana and her husband are very friendly, hospitable and accomodating! The property is exceptionally well maintained and the facilities were great! My apartment was very clean and rather comfy and the quaint patio area directly adjacent to my apartment with its citrus trees and shrubbery made it all the more pleasant and relaxing. Location is great as it is well situated in a residential and quiet area whilst having the benefit of being within easy walking distance to the main port and central bus station. The old city is very reachable both on foot (about 20 minutes) or a short bus or taxi ride away. All in all, a fantastic place that enhances your stay whilst you explore the beautiful and ancient city and surroundings of Dubrovnik!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

First of all the beautiful host Ana who made me so welcome from my late arrival,bringing me food and wine! Ana could not be more helpful. Organising wifi for me, and even driving me to the early ferry. She is just a wonderful person. The lovely apartment was spotless and cosy with every amenity and I loved my courtyard. The location is near the ferry and just a short bus ride to the old dubvrovnik town. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great stay! The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need, it even has access to a terrace. Its location is a strong point, close to the old town and the ferries. Ana is an incredible host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home during your stay. She'll advise you on all the different things you want to see. She's ready to help at any time, while giving you your privacy.

The property is pretty close to everything, you can basically walk to everywhere even to Old Town, which is around 30min walk. However, there are lots of buses stops too. The apt is super cute, clean, cozy, the AC saves the day. Ana is the lady who looks after the guests, I can say I had never been treated so well in my life in any stay. Ana is super lovable, she is always willing to help and she can give great options to what to do in Dubrovnik. The first night when we had arrived, Ana made us some delicious snacks because there was no other place opened to buy food, this level of caring is impressive. I’d say this trip was really worth because we met Ana, everyone should met Ana at least once in their life. Totally recommend this stay and we would come back again.

Place was really nice. Light brown stone house, comfortable atmosphere, 1 minute walking to supermarket and harbour (nice for morning stroll). Close to beaches and also to the old town. Really nice owner. She stayed up late to receive us and shared with us all the tips in the morning.

Fabulous apartment. Great location beside the port, easy bus or taxi ride to old town, close enough to walk to Lapad Beach and strip. The host Ana was wonderful...nothing at all was too much trouble. Everything in the apartment was new and everything worked. In close to 40 degree heat, air conditioning was terrific. WiFi also very strong. With a bit of notice Ana found us a parking spot. All the important things covered. Lots of good advice about mosquitoes...not one bite while we were there. Lovely little outdoor area for ourselves to relax and eat or drink. Just loved it!

My husband and I stayed eight days. We absolutely LOVED it there!!!! Ana and her husband were EXCELLENT hosts. Ana was always so helpful and so thoughtful. They are the BEST!!!! HUGE hearted people!!!!! The apartment is extremely clean and has everything we needed. The kitchenette helped us very much. The courtyards are beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment is 5 minute walk to bus, corner market, restaurants, bakery, and harbor. We loved the location!!!! Exceptional place to stay. We feel so blessed by Ana and her sweet family!!!!! We hope to stay there again in the future!!!❤️

The location is great, placed on the best side of Dubrovnik, both Lapad/Babin kuk and Old town are easily accessible from there. The facilities are spotless clean and comfortably sized. The owner, Ana, is one of the sweetest and kindest hosts I've had. She took time to explain everything to us about Dubrovnik, sights and getting around, greeted us every day, morning and evening in her lovely garden office. She was responsive in the matter of minutes and always available and helpful. She even took time to drive us to the port the day we left. Ana, we already miss you. Hopefully, we will come back soon, thank you for everything :)

There is nothing not to like about this place!

We had the most amazing five nights at this accommodation. The host was wonderful! I have never had such a great experience as this. She gave tips on what to see and when and was ready to help with anything and everything. The apartment was clean and had everything one might need. The location was great with walking distance to old town and to the beaches at Lapad.

We slept very good in the 1-bedroom apartment: comfortable (firm) double mattress (no sagging), solid bed. There was no noise from the cars, the property has a fence made of stones that stops the street noise. Even with construction in front (that started after 8 am and ends 5 pm) the double windows (plus wooden shelters) stopped almost all the noise. The apartment is very clean, kitchen had everything we needed (if you need something else ask Ana, we got extra beach towels after request). There are two modern (turning!) comfortable seats to watch TV and big table with two chairs. Supermarket Tommy (with butcher inside), ferry station and bus stop to Dubrovnik/Cavtat, all within 2-10 min walk. Ana, the host, is a very caring person who does her best to make you feel comfortable. We got a welcome fruit bowl, and there was a bottle of water and cans of beer in the fridge :) Ana gave us very useful suggestions on how to spend time in Dubrovnik. She even has a map where she draws a safe way to walk around (better don't follow Google). Dubrovnik and it’s areas are quite difficult for pedestrians - narrow or, at times, lack of pathways, speeding cars and buses. Be very careful when going out from the apartment and when walking in Dubrovnik. Thank you Ana and Pia for making us feel like at home.

Ana, our host, was wonderful. Her hospitality was 10/10. We arrived late on the first night (10pm) and she kindly met us at the front gate and showed us in. During our 4 day stay, Ana went out of her way to ensure we had a fabulous stay and any needs we had were attended to, including doing a load of washing for us. Our apartment was on the ground floor and we had our own outdoor table and chairs to use. The apartment was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. There were 2 supermarkets within an easy walk. We enjoyed exploring Lapad area by foot and caught the local bus to Dubronvik old town. Ana also provided guidance on best transport to take to visit Cavtat, as well as to the island of Kolcocep.

Ana was the perfect host, she couldn't do enough for me, she greeted me when I arrived explained all the facilities in the Apartment and gave me a map of Dubrovnik pointing places to visit etc. She also supplied milk, water and even beer in the fridge. I even met her family and they made me feel quite at home, I would definitely recommend this Apartment to anybody visiting Dubrovnik.
